I 10 CD nel CD-Player di... Chris Speed
02. Billie Holiday -The Complete Verve Studio Mastertakes (Verve)
Con Teddy Wilson, Lester Young, Roy Eldridge etc... Un classico!
03. Duke Ellington -Duke Ellington and his Orchestra 1940 (Classics Records).
Classico!
04. Jimmy Noone -Jimmy Noone's Apex Club Recordings (Vocalion).
05. Louis Armstrong -The Complete Hot Five and Hot Seven Recordings (Columbia).
Il miglior assolo mai suonato lo trovate in "Big Butter and Egg Man."
06. Joe Henderson -In and Out (Blue Note -1964).
Ho ripreso ad ascoltarlo recentemente. Mi stende ancora!
07. Shadow Music of Thailand -(Sublime Frequencies -2009).
Alessandro "Asso" Stefana me l'ha fatto conoscere dal catalogo Sublime Frequencies. Molte cose interessanti e divertenti. Lontano Oriente.
08. AfroCubism -AfroCubism (Nonesuch -2012).
Particolarmente indicato da ascoltare quando si viaggia.
09. András Schiff/Beethoven -Complete Piano Sonatas -(ECM -2006).
