David Six: Making Music Out Of This World
DS: Yeah, that's true, many aren't recorded. I just genuinely love composing, and most of it gets played live at some point, but recording everything simply isn't realistic. Financially it's not something that's really there, unless it's a well-made live recording. And honestly, even beyond that I think that I'm quite picky about what I actually want to put out. I only want to release the things that I think will really hold up over time, pieces where I can imagine still wanting to listen to them in 15 years.
AAJ: Now I think I'm finally running out of questions!
DS: Which is an interesting thing to say for a scientist! [Laughs]
