Paal Nilssen-Love - Terrie Ex: Gored Gored
Una sola improvvisazione, poco più di quaranta minuti, registrata dal vivo al Sonic Protest Festival del 2012 a Parigi, costituisce il materiale di questo Gored Gored. Musica sorretta dall'energia e dalla straordinaria statura dei due musicisti - in particolare Nilssen- Love - che schiacciano, come prevedibile, il pedale dell'acceleratore sonoro e con grande abilità tengono vivo il fuoco dell'interazione ritmico/timbrica fino alla fine.
Come al solito la fruizione domestica di una musica del genere è piuttosto onanistica [direi da non perdere live, invece], ma devo ammettere che anche l'ascolto del disco mi ha catturato un po' inaspettatamente, vuoi per la ricchezza dei dettagli o per la maestria dei due nell'attraversare zone sonore sempre varie.
Secondo me potrebbe piacere anche a Battiato!
