The best value summer school in Europe! Sligo Jazz Project, an organization run by musicians for musicians ensures all funds raised go towards keeping its annual main event— a six day intensive summer school and full blown jazz festival—as inclusive as possible and open to all musicians from all backgrounds!

The accompanying festival will feature amongst others British/Scandinavian power trio Phronesis, Zakir Hussein's Masters of Percussion, Rufus Reid's SJP All Stars, Marshall Gilkes Quartet, Femi Temowo Quintet (UK), and guest of honour Kenny Wheeler's Somethin' Else Quartet featuring John Taylor, Diana Torto and John Goldsby.
