Il chitarrista italiano Marco Bittelli ci propone questo album intitolato Alba, il secondo da leader, che lo vede impegnato alla testa di un sestetto tutto americano che in alcuni casi si allarga per ospitare il contributo di altri tre musicisti. I brani sono tutti originali e sono tutti scritti da Marco Bittelli con l'eccezione del brano "Perdermi" che è scritto dal fratello Stefano.

Siamo dalle parti del mainstream più classico, brani latineggianti, ballate dolci, un po' di jazz placidamente eseguito, con competenza ma senza alcuna voglia di prendersi rischi che evidentemente vengono considerati inutili. Piacevoli rimandi alla Spagna e all'Argentina. La chitarra acustica elettrificata di Marco Bittelli che prevale sul resto. Nulla di nuovo sotto al sole.
