Antonio Onorato: Angelus
Si tratta di un percorso di temi originali e rifacimenti di brani celebri - come la beatlesiana "Here, There and Everywhere" o la sempre verde "What a Wonderful World" - che conosce molti momenti intimi e sognanti, vedi "Il frate santo," e a situazioni più leggere e spensierate, come quelle di "Come with Me".
Il particolare timbro della breath guitar di Onorato si intreccia con le molte tastiere, le parti di orchestra campionate e una serie di soluzioni dozzinali, cosicchè l'intero lavoro ne risente sotto il profilo dell'originalità e della forza espressiva. La tendenza a una sorta di appiattimento comunicativo si avverte netta in passaggi come "Spanish Angel," carico di inutile enfasi formale, o nel brano firmato Lennon-Mc Cartney, qui vestito con un arrangiamento da piano bar.
