Heimweh: Ragh Potato

In lingua tedesca 'Heimweh' significa 'nostalgia' e in questa accezione pare fare riferimento ad un film di Tuio Becker e Sergio Silva del 1990, anche se invece le note di copertina citano Nostalghia di Andrej Tarkovskij, un celebre film del 1983 e "Nostalgia in Times Square" di Charles Mingus, che con questa musica ha davvero ben poco a che vedere.

Sia come sia, in questo interessante lavoro, molto sperimentale ma allo stesso tempo perfettamente godibile, i quattro musicisti italiani che si riconoscono sotto questa sigla, dividono il territorio in maniera equa, lasciando che la musica respiri liberamente, senza alcuna costrizione.

Il vibrafono sembra prendere il sopravvento all'inizio, ma poi la chitarra baritono acustica, i clarinetti e le percussioni si fanno spazio e alla fine la partita si chiude in perfetta parità.

L'improvvisazione è il sale dell'esistenza, si potrebbe dire dopo aver ascoltato questo Ragh Potato. E allora perché ci ostiniamo a mangiare cibi insipidi e a scegliere titoli trucidi?
