Jeff Palmer - Devin Garramone - John Fisher: Permutation
Per l'ascoltatore in cerca di situazioni inedite, fatte di sorprese e sconfinamenti in ambiti diversi, diventa difficile trovare spunti d'interesse. Il mood del disco, una sorta di funky fusion, risulta già dalle prime due tracce in scaletta, "Dragon" e "Air Play," con lunghe collane di note di Garramone, il quale cede raramente la scena agli altri compagni di viaggio. Atmosfere leggermente più pacate in "Destinay," uno dei pochi brani svolti su un ritmo più lento.
Un peccato, perché le qualità tecniche per arrivare alla ralizzazione di un disco più interessante c'erano. In mancanza di voglia di scommettere, a risentirne è l'intero progetto.
