Jeff Dingler

Born: November 18, 1986

Jeff Dingler is as upright/electric bassist living in New York City. Comfortable in a straight ahead context or playing world music, Jeff has worked in groups ranging from tours with The Nelson Riddle Orchestra, The Addis Project, to recording modern jazz with Ecuadorian group Koyari. Currently Jeff works with numerous projects as a sideman- The Adam Makowicz Trio, pianist Dave Frank's Quartert, Kurdish musician Ozan Aksoy's group, in addition to Brad Shepik and Seido Salifoski's Balkan Peppers. Jeff has released two records as a bandleader- Taking Root and In Transit. In addition to his work as a rhythm section player, Jeff is noted for his compositions and lyrical soloing technique on upright and fretless electric bass.

Thandi Ntuli

Born: September 10, 1987

Exploring the fullness of who she is – who we are – in her personal and collaborative projects, Thandi Ntuli negotiates a wide palette of sound and genre. This approach is a proud embracing of having grown up with the family lore of a classical singer aunt, after whom she is named; an uncle (Selby Ntuli) who was a member of Afro-rock band Harari; and a grandfather (Levi Godlib Ntuli) who – while living with his young family in 1940s Sophiatown, a cultural hub not unlike 1920s Harlem in New York – fostered among his children a tradition of composing, playing and singing music together. This tradition still lives on.

Michael Vitali

Born: May 14, 1971

A native of Zurich, Switzerland, Michael Vitali hit the New York music scene in 2002, shortly after graduating from Berklee College of Music. Though he arrived with little more than a change of clothes, a drum set and a voracious appetite for music, Michael immediately impressed his audiences and peers with his innate sensitivity and dynamism. The appropriately named Vitali maintains an astonishing performance schedule, with appearances in New York’s most popular venues, such as Fat Cat, Smoke, Cleopatra’s Needle and The Metropolitan Room, to name a few. Sune Pors Andersen

Born: July 20, 1987

Sune Pors (b. 1987 in Odense, Denmark) is a guitarist and composer, who has worked with numerous Danish and international bands and artists as a sideman, as well as performing his own music. Current projects include the eclectic guitar duo Thief On The Roof with estonian guitarist Kirsi Tilk, the world-music-meets-rock group Umpas, rock/fusion trio Randolph Cricket and the genre-bending jazz trio Myrtue/Pors/Rõivassepp. ​ In 2015, Sune Pors finished his master's degree in jazz/pop/rock guitar at the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus, Denmark. There he had lessons with Uffe Steen, Karsten Aaholm, Adam Levy, Miso Petrovic, Tolis Zavaliaris, Henrik Andersen, Gilad Hekselman and many others

Jay Danley

Born: December 10, 1968

Canadian recording artist Jay Danley is a world-class session musician who contributed instrumentally to multiple Juno award-nominated records (Hilario Duran) and is the featured guitarist on the Juno award-winning (Julian Fauth), blues album of the year release.   He has performed with a multitude of legendary musicians from around the world. From the early beginnings in 2012 StarkLinnemann is producing music with an agelessness character. As musicians and composers they are creating a style of their own by blending jazz with elements of classical music and world music. Their definition of being an artist means to constantly push oneself in order to reach the ultimate rendition of a work of art. StarkLinnemann’s approach of transforming classical masterpieces by Liszt, Chopin, Mussorgsky and Beethoven into long and complex but coherent and moving modern jazz compositions is exceptional in jazz-history. The genre of StarkLinnemann is best described as Universal Crossover Music.

Dhevdhas Nair

Born: July 22, 1956

I grew up listening to a wide variety of music. My mother, who was Indian, loved Beethoven Bach and Mozart, my dad who was English, was into Wagner, Bach, the Beatles, and Indian classical music. When I was a kid he used to take me to the all night Indian music concerts at the Albert Hall in London which had a big effect on me. Not just absorbing the form of the music, which starts slowly without rhythm, drawing you in in a psychologically expert way, and the virtuosity of the playing, but also observing the unique atmosphere in the hall, the relaxed but focused attention of the audience

Marcelo Berestovoy

Marcelo berestovoy's live repertoire is an eclectic mix of Rumba Flamenco, Jazz, Tango, Gypsy swing and guitar driven arrangements of popular, well known songs. His Spanish guitar versions of Beatles songs are among his audience's favorites. Marcelo session/touring and writing credits include some of the biggest names in Latin Pop and Hollywood movies. Marcelo plays over 100 live shows each year and his reputation is rapidly growing around the globe through both his live performances as well as countless instructional guitar videos.
