The Choi Cunliffe Big Band brings together Grammy Award–winning pianist, composer, and arranger Bill Cunliffe and internationally acclaimed composer, pianist, and conductor Mina Choi in a vibrant celebration of the modern jazz orchestra.

Featuring an outstanding ensemble of top Los Angeles musicians, with special guests Terell Stafford and Jon Cowherd, the band performs original compositions and imaginative arrangements that blend the rich tradition of big band jazz with fresh, contemporary influences.

From exhilarating swing to cinematic textures, every performance showcases exceptional musicianship, bold creativity, and the excitement of live jazz. The band’s repertoire includes new arrangements of music by Nirvana, George Cables, Vince Guaraldi, and Herb Alpert, bringing familiar melodies into a dynamic big band setting.
