Pedro Molina is a double bassist from Murcia (Spain), based in Porto (Portugal) since 2017. With A Name I Knew, he presents his second album as a bandleader. This quartet project (guitar, piano, double bass, and drums) brings together Portuguese musicians and explores an original repertoire rooted in jazz, ranging from pop/rock influences to free improvisation.

Initiated in 2022, the project has been presented at festivals such as Murcia Jazz Festival, Loulé Jazz, Criajazz, Out Jazz, Seixal Jazz, Guimarães Jazz, Festival Porta Jazz, Campus Jazz, Estarrejazz, and Qué Jazz é Este?.
