Vince Wilburn, Jr., nephew of late jazz icon Miles Davis, oversees Miles Davis Properties, LLC, along with Erin Davis (son of Miles) and Cheryl Davis (daughter of Miles). Wilburn, Jr. is a highly accomplished drummer and producer, who has both toured and recorded with Miles on many legendary recordings from 1984 through 1987, including: The GRAMMY-Award winning album "AURA" — which he co-produced; "Decoy" - which he also co-produced; "You’re Under Arrest", and the 2008 GRAMMY nominated "Miles From India" – which hit #8 on the Billboard jazz charts. Henry Newmark
At the of age 10 in Port Washington, New York, Henry began studying drums with local teachers and later commuted to New York City to study with noted drummer and author, Joe Cusatis. Henry attended the Berklee College of Music in Boston where he studied privately with respected jazz artists and educators Alan Dawson, Gary Burton and Fred Buda. After leaving Berklee, Henry worked on the East Coast and in the late 1970’s moved to Los Angeles to further his career and continued his professional studies with Freddy Gruber, Earl Hatch and Dale Anderson. Miles Mosley
Miles Mosley is an upright bassist, vocalist, producer, composer and arranger. As a teen, Mosley was selected to play bass for the Grammy All-American High School Jazz Band & Choir, and was acclaimed as a “technical virtuoso” by Los Angeles Times jazz critic, Don Heckman. He received his classical training at the Colburn School of Music in Los Angeles, had years of study with jazz bass legends John Clayton, Ray Brown, and Al McKibbon, and received his undergraduate degree in music at UCLA. Since then Mosley has greatly expanded his repertoire, mastering the bass and a vast array of instruments, deftly blending Jazz with Rock, Pop, Funk, and R&B

Tim hails from the Boston area and attended Berklee College of Music as well as studying with Neil Stubenhaus and Whit Brown. After two semesters and a brief tour with Al Kooper at eighteen years old, Tim moved to New York City and resided there for the next six years where he played and recorded with Al DiMeola, Billy Cobham, Mike Stern, Gil Evans, Michael Brecker, Tiger Okoshi, Bill Frisell, and many more.
