Drago Ivanusa

Drago Ivanuša is a composer of film and theatre music, a pianist and accordionist. He is one of the most active Slovene composers. Since 1991, he has written the music for around 130 theatre and dance performances, and 23 films, as well as many independent compositions for chamber groups and orchestra. He has worked with some of the best Slovene directors and choreographers. He has nurtured his love of theatre since when he was young and attended the Maribor Conservatory of Music and Ballet, watched performances and learned in the Theatre Studio. Ivanuša typically performs his music live; his other notable characteristics are sound interventions and strong dramaturgic features that often place his music in the centre of staged performances. When in the Nineties Slovene cinematography experienced a renaissance, he began working with film directors, helping them create a number of internationally awarded films

Peter Ugrin

Peter Ugrin is classical violist and jazz violinist. He is a Viola professor at the Ljubljana Music and Ballet Conservatory. His students receive awards at the national and many other competitions. Peter plays Viola in various chamber ensembles of classical music (Guud Quartet, String Quartet, String Quintet). On Conservatory where Peter holds position he regulary performs on chamber music concerts of Slovenian contemporary artists and music from famous classical and romantic repertoire. He also gives seminars and masterclasses for viola and jazz improvisation in Slovenia and abroad

VASKO ATANASOVSKI (soprano, alto & baritone saxophone, flute, bansoori, recorders) Saxophonist and flutist Vasko Atanasovski is one of the most creative and versatile Slovenian composers and musicians, well known for his cross-genre collaborations with world famous jazz, rock, classical, traditional musicians and his masterful approach to all styles of music. Up to this date he has released 10 highly acclaimed albums, received numerous awards as well as earned audience and critics’compliments for his performances and compositions home and abroad. He is a regular guest on the European festival and concert circuit and has also performed in India, China and New York
