Dina Blade is a singer with a relaxed sense of time and swing who spent her early childhood watching old cartoons with jazz soundtracks and has been enthralled with the music ever since. An effervescent performer with a devotion to the timeless songs from the 1930s and 40s Great American Songbook, Dina has has graced stages in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Cuba and Brazil. As an American jazz vocalist, Dina’s recording of “Indian Summer” is regularly featured on Nationally Syndicated Music Choice Radio. Herself a dancer, Dina’s most recent cd was recorded for dancers with her quintet Swingin’ in the Rain and includes fresh interpretations of swinging classics like the title track “Shall We Dance”, “Night and Day”, “The Best Things Happen While You’re Dancing” and other great songs. Bogna Kicinska

Bogna Kicinska - jazz vocalist, composer and educator, originally from Poland. 

Highly regarded on the NYC jazz scene for her exceptional vocal skills, she has been part of many notable projects, including the acclaimed Joseph C. Phillips Jr.’s Numinous Ensemble (whose recording The Grey Land was named one of The 25 Best Classical Music Tracks of 2020 by The New York Times), Manuel Valera’s album “Distancia”, Rafal Sarnecki’s albums “Cat’s Dream” and Climbing Trees”, Kuba Cichocki’s “Flowing Circles” (Downbeat Magazine called it a “stirring performance”), performing with John Benitez, Gene Ess, and Gabriel Guerrero. She has also collaborated with such artists as: Luis Perdomo, Manuel Valera, Silvano Monasterios, Brian Woodruff.

JAZZ CROONER EXTRAORDINAIRE! Born in New London, Connecticut, USA, in 1961, jazz and cabaret crooner Ken Slavin grew up a military brat, attending 10 schools in seven states by the time he was 17. After graduating from high school in Alaska, he settled in his father's hometown of San Antonio, Texas, where he enrolled at St. Mary's University, one of the most respected liberal arts institutions in the Southwest, graduating with honors in 1983. Despite being naturally drawn to the stage and deeply in love with all kinds of music, Ken put his show business aspirations on hold for several years while he pursued a successful journalism and public relations career

Gretje Angell

Jazz vocalist Gretje Angell grew up in smoky, dimly-lit clubs as a little-girl roadie for her jazz-drummer father. Her grandfather was also a jazz drummer, so you could say Gretje was born to swing. “If it doesn’t groove then I don’t give it a sh*#,” the Los Angeles-based singer says with a good chuckle. Gretje ascended the bandstand on her own time. She worked through a heavy dose of stage fright, welcomed motherhood, and studied classical and opera prior launching her jazz career. Hetty Kate

British-Australian jazz vocalist Hetty Kate has built an international career over two decades, performing at major festivals and venues across 28 countries. Born in England, raised in Australia, and based in Paris since 2017, she brings a classically trained voice and deep knowledge of the American Songbook to stages from New Zealand to New York.

Critics have consistently praised her work. Chris May of All About Jazz describes her as "charismatic and technically gifted," while jazz critic and author Will Friedwald calls her "one of the best swing-style singers on the current scene." Marc Myers of Jazzwax likens her to "Peggy Lee on a Vespa," and John Shand of the Sydney Morning Herald notes she "reminds me of a good champagne: simultaneously effervescent and restrained." Dennis Gittens

Dennis Gittens, an East Coast native, grew up listening to the music in his grandmother’s music collection. The combination of Jazz and Salsa music in her collection influences him to this day. In 2001, he moved to New York, where he attended as many live jazz performances as he could, learning from each and every performer. His desire to sing like his jazz heroes took root in his 30s as he began to study the art of jazz. Soon, he was bringing his engaging style to audiences all over San Diego. He has also performed several times in NYC at places such as the world famous Smoke Jazz Club. Dennis tells a story with his vocals and is one singer to keep an ear open for!
