Known for her versatility, Lynn performs with a wide array of musical projects that include; Antibalas, Aaron Frazer, Durand Jones & The Indications, Bright Eyes, Conor Oberst, Red Baraat, Holy Hand Grenade, Soulsystem Orchestras, The Last Nites, Al Chez & The Brothers of Funk, Dawn Drake & Zapote, The Grand Victory, Extra Syrup Horns, the Blaskapelle Brass Band, and more. Funk Elastic is mainly a studio project managed and led by saxophone player and composer Zdenko Ivanušić and focuses on original music spanning across several genres.
Besides being a studio project, Funk Elastic also performs live, with a repertoire of R&B, soul, funk, disco, house, latin/jazz standards as appropriate for particular occasions, from events to club dates. The band includes the best session players and singers (male or female) available, as needed to fulfill every possible occasion.

Durham based multi-instrumentalist and multidisciplinary artist, Harvey Bryant, takes a multifaceted approach to things. In his 40+ years of playing music Harvey has enjoyed moving between genres, but always has been most attracted to the improvisation of Jazz. His playing style still incorporates some of those other styles. You can hear the influence of Spanish Classical Guitar that he studied in the 80’s and 90’s, as well as the rock, pop, funk (and sometimes even country) that he played in local bands through the 80’s, 90’s and early 00’s. Harvey’s main instrument is guitar, but he also plays bass as well as some percussion and keyboards

Roger's credits include: Performing with Tom Jones, ABBA, Tom Scott, The Rippingtons, Bamboo Forest, BB King, Steve Oliver, Dweezil Zappa and countless others. He has played for Kings, Queens, 3 Presidents, a Pope and several other distinguished audiences. Winning 2 Grammys and 2 Emmys adds to the number of accolades he has achieved through his 40+ year career. As an educator and percussion facilitator Roger is always motivated to inspire and encourage aspiring drummers to grow and achieve on their own paths

Musician and composer, Jamie Bullock, grew up surrounded by a musical family and has been playing the piano since the age of 7. He was classically trained for a brief period and soon moved to playing commercial jazz standards alongside his father. At age 16, Jamie taught himself the acoustic and electric guitar and delved into the world of rock and pop. While studying music at Virginia Tech University, he was accepted into the Virginia Tech Jazz Orchestra as lead pianist. Jamie studied jazz improvisation, technique, and scoring. During this period, he was fortunate to receive professional training under mentor, Chip McNeil, jazz director, Grammy Winner, 1st tenor sax, and lead arranger for Arturo Sandoval and Maynard Ferguson. In 2001, Jamie formed rock band, “Jivestone” in Northern Virginia and resided as keyboardist, singer, and songwriter, recording two albums and playing various clubs in the Tri-State area. Relocating to Southern California, Jamie has been consistently busy, collaborating with many artists and providing additional music and arrangements on numerous recordings

A native of Southern California, Ava Lemert was submerged in music from birth having a Mother and two elder sisters who were active musicians in the household to influence her. So, it was no surprise that by age 7, Ava was producing her own “radio programs” including her own DJ personna “Kay Kay Dee Jay” on her own cassette tape recorder. At age 11 Ava was writing music notation and submitting her compositions for voice, clarinet (her first school-taught instrument) and guitar to youth talent shows. Walker Adams is an NYC-based drummer known for his creative, energetic playing. Adams fuses traditional rock, jazz, and funk with modern electronic and hip hop grooves to produce rich, complex, danceable beats. He writes and performs original music, tours with Miggs, and plays with The Ludlow Thieves and Fairytales for the Fatherless. Past gigs include St. Vincent and bassist Percy Jones from Brand X and Brian Eno. Born and raised in rural Vermont, Walker’s early influences were the sounds of nature and his parents' vinyl collection. He moved to a suburb of NYC at age twelve and played in his high school jazz band and with local rock bands
