Georg Wissel, (prepared) saxophones, clarinet refers to himself also as Sculptor of compressed air via (prepared) saxophones He made his first important experiences in Improvised music recording and touring in the late 80ies in Germany, France and Southamerica as guest musician of 'Pöhlmusik' along with Jon Rose. Inspired by collaborations with electronic musicians, he began also (beside working on instrumental playing-technics) searching for new sounds by preparations, which by the time has become an integral part of his playing. He is working internationally, performing solo under the title 'The Arte Of Navigation' and together with numerous exponents in Improvised music whilst he maintains long term collaborations with his duos along with Paul Lytton, Joker Nies and Tim O'Dwyer, 'the WISSELTANGCAMATTA', 'CAJLAN-WISSEL-NILLESEN', 'Broken Ghost Consort' with Matthew Goodheart and George Cremaschi, 'BlankDisk Trio' and 'Canaries on the Pole'. collaborations with ..

Internationally recognized for his groundbreaking contributions to contemporary clarinet music, he starts his career at the young age of twelve performing at one of the most established halls of his home town Naples and appears on television nationwide live aged 21. Introduced as "the new voice of the clarinet" on the front page of De Klarinet Magazine, Luca graduated from the Conservatoire of Salerno (Italy) and has been awarded the Fellow status at the Higher Education Academy (UK). Described by the BBC Radio as “one of Europe’s leading exponent of jazz clarinet”, Luca “has established himself as the friendly face of contemporary clarinet” according to the Clarinet & Saxophone Society of Great Britain and enjoys a busy career as a performer, a recording artist and a clinician.

I am the leader and reeds player in Dr. Dubious and the Agnostics, a Dixieland Jazz band playing in the Metro New York area since 1998. We are a hot jazz, 7 or 8 piece band and have performed at First Nights, street fairs, weddings, private and corporate functions, and just about anywhere that people enjoy toe-tapping, good music. We feature female vocals by our pianist; male vocals by me, the eponymous Dr. Dubious; and bass saxophone to anchor the rhythm section.

Tony began playing brass at school, before moving to Clarinet at the age of 12, and Saxophone a bit later. He turned professional in the early ‘80s, playing sax as a session musician in London, and running various rock bands in night clubs and on the gig circuit in London and South Wales. He maintained his interest in the Clarinet, and in the early ‘90s began playing jazz on the circuit in the West Country, whilst teaching on the Performing Arts syllabus at North Devon College. Moving to Surrey in ‘98, he is now widely known as a Reeds teacher, with students ranging from adult beginners to advanced Grade 8 and Diploma-level specialists
