Robert Matheson performs solo works for double bass and computer. Seeking a more fluid interaction between acoustic and electro-acoustic music, he designed and built the MIDI bass. Hailing from Los Angeles, Marlon Martinez is a young virtuoso bassist and composer emerging at the center of the resurgent LA and NYC jazz scenes. He has demonstrated his virtuosity while touring with a wide range of artists, from Stewart Copeland to Quatuor Ebène. Marlon received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the Colburn Conservatory of Music in Los Angeles, as a classical student of Peter Lloyd from 2009-2015. Stephan Raidl, acoustic bass player, producer and live electronic artist, is Amsterdam based and plays internationally with different formations. For more than 16 years he has studied classical, jazz, live electronics and nonwestern music, mostly at the Conservatory of Amsterdam. He is playing in and producing the Ahaddaf Quartet for the past 4 years. He performs frequently in Jazz formations in the Amsterdam area and has played on 5 continents with symphonic orchestras, small ensembles and played for several album recordings, and performs frequently in Jazz formations in the Amsterdam Area. Holding a BA in Jazz and a MA in Live Electronics from the CvA he is an innovative player in the Amsterdam scene through composing music, producing projects and designing new hardware and software for double bass

Oliver Watkinson - Electric & Upright Bass. Born in Brunswick Maine, Oliver began studying music at the age of five. He attended college in Boston at the New England Conservatory, where he had the opportunity to study upright jazz bass and perform with greats such as Lee Konitz, Dave Holland, Jason Moran, Cecil McBee, and many more. In 2014, Oliver moved to New Orleans and began performing with BILLIE DAVIES in 2015, Gandhi Castle, Laelume, and various street bands. He has taught and performed all over the United States, as well as Central America and Canada.

Damjan Grbac was born on the 14th June 1979. He enters the world of music at the age of 12 by playing the clarinet in the Musical association „Spinčići“. He started playing the bass guitar at the age of 16. In the year 2000. he started to engage himself professionally in music. He was improving his knowledge with the famous Croatian musicians such as the bass guitar player Henry Radanović, the guitar players Darko Jurković Charlie, Spartaco Črnjarić and the American jazz pianist Joe Kaplowitz. He attended the „ Jazz camp Kranj“ school several times where he improved his knowledge with the very esteemed contrabass player Aleš Avbelj and other famous musicians like Primož Grašič, Mario Mavrin, Emil Spany and the jazz – legend Boško Petrović

Performance Sean Peterson is a bassist and composer based in Eugene, Oregon. He performs in genres including Jazz, Baroque, Funk, Gypsy-grass, and Salsa. He recently composed, recorded and mixed his debut CD for jazz sextet, "Let It Show," which was released June 8th, 2015. He performs regularly with Laura Kemp, Eleven Eyes, Tony Glausi, Torrey Newhart, and Oregon Bach Collegium. Previously he has performed with Taarka, Beta Collide, The Oregon Composers’ Big Band, and The Harry James Orchestra. Sean does it for the love. Scholarship Sean is a PhD student in musicology at the University of Oregon and holds a Master's degree in Jazz Studies (Bass Performance)
