Zacharias S. Falkenberg
Zacharias S. Falkenberg - born in Beijing and growing up in Cologne, Hamburg and Hong Kong - is a composer, conductor and musician currently residing in Berlin. His compositions were performed amongst others by "Matangi", "Jong Metropole Orchestra", "The Chronometer's Orchestra", "Metropole Academy Orchestra", "Het Gelders Orkest", "Orkest de Ereprijs", and "Alma Quartet". In 2016 Falkenberg got rewarded with the prestigious Rogier van Otterloo Award. An award for his work as composer, conductor and ensemble leader. He is the co-founder and artistic leader of The Chronometer's Orchestra. In recent times Falkenberg is known for his collaboration with Henrik Schwarz that lead to a sold out concert at the Elphilharmonie Hamburg in March 2019.

Lucas began his piano studies at a very early age at Toronto’s Royal Conservatory of Music. During his classical training he participated in the “101 Pianists” concert led by pianist Lang Lang at Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto. When he was 11, Lucas enrolled in the Humber College Community Music School, an innovative program in youth jazz education started by pianist Oscar Peterson. While attending high school at the Etobicoke School for the Arts, Lucas participated in the Humber College Jazz Studies Senior Enriched Program under the direction of Kirk MacDonald and Lorne Lofsky; and was presented with the Humber College Piano Award

Pedro Branco
Pedro Branco is a Portuguese guitar player now residing in Amsterdam. Born in Lisbon, he has studied with some of the finest jazz musicians on the Portuguese scene (André Fernandes, Afonso Pais, Mário Delgado, Demian Cabaud, Gonçalo Marques, Desidério Lázaro) and participated in several workshops and masterclasses (Kurt Rosenwinkel, Aaron Goldberg, Dave Holland, Matt Renzi, David Doruzka, Peter Bernstein). Graduated from the Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa in 2013, he has participated in many projects, not only in jazz (Pedro Branco Quartet, Reflections Trio, Jorge Moniz, Then They Flew, Oh! Philips also co-leads the “DeiCont | Philips Collective” a group which Hot House Magazine has called “one of the most exciting emerging groups in NY”

Joris Posthumus

Alto saxophonist and composer Joris Posthumus has been making music since he was six years old. He studied at the conservatory of Rotterdam and Tilburg, and at the same time founded various combos. After graduating, he created The New Quartet in order to set up live projects with leading jazz musicians, including Wolter Wierbos, Martijn Vink, Ben van den Dungen and Yuri Honing. At the end of 2007, pianist Jeroen van Vliet and drummer Pascal Vermeer had joined the Quartet. When their album 'The Abyss' was released in 2009 (distributed by Challenge), the group's name was changed to the Joris Posthumus Quartet. The album was recorded together with sound technician Chris Weeda, pianist Jeroen van Vliet, drummer Pascal Vermeer en bass player Juriaan Dekker (featuring Tom Beek)

Avishai Darash, an Amsterdam-based pianist, composer, arranger, record producer, and musical director, has seamlessly blended musical styles, drawing inspiration from North African traditional music, Western classical music, American jazz, and Israeli folk.
His musical journey began with the mentorship of his cousin, Tribal Tul, a psychedelic trance producer. At the age of 11, Avishai spent a weekend in Tul's studio learning about the production and creative process of electronic music. He delved into producing psychedelic trance until the age of 16, gaining insights into structure, influences, and arrangements that later influenced his musical direction.

Consequentially came the music school for 7 years followed by the Boys Choir for 10 years. Christian spent a great number of years in music school with as series of strict piano teachers. He always found the will and fortitude to keep going. The love of music within him has been always the dominant power in his life. He realised this quite early (that music was his calling) and this has materialised itself by attending the Tallinn Georg Ots Music High School (Estonia), where he specialised in choral conducting

www.movanderdoes.com Mo van der Does, Amsterdam based Dutch jazz saxophonist When Mo van der Does (1997) was 10 years old, he discovered that the violin wasn’t really his instrument and therefore switched to playing the alto saxophone. It turned out to be a good decision. People like Charlie Parker and Sonny Rollins inspired him through the records of his father and made him want to play jazz music. For four years, starting from the age of 14, he took part in the young talent program from the Conservatory of Amsterdam, called the Junior Jazz College. After the Junior Jazz College he was admitted to the bachelor jazz saxophone in Amsterdam
