Alan Farrington

Alan Farrington is an English-born singer, bassist and guitarist of Italian mother, born in a country near Liverpool, he began his career as a very young musician and in 1974 he was called with his band to play in the United States. Thus began his professional activity and the meeting with the general public. In Maryland he attended an authoritative singing school to perfect, even more, vocal intensity and extension. After the American period he moved to Italy, first to Rome and then to Milan, where he recorded two records for the "Polygram": "Shout On" and "No News, Bad News". Throughout his career he has created numerous important successful bands and bands. The first, to which he owes his first fame, is that of the "Charlie and the Cats" (Farrington, Cinelli, Valbusa) with which he managed to produce eight discs and a film (Sono Fuori). Subsequently Farrington founded several other formations, the "Alan Farrington Band", making use of valuable musicians of the caliber of Ellade Bandini, Ares Tavolazzi and Sandro Gibellini; the "No Smoking" and the "Maxi Taxis", with Gogo Ghidelli and Cesare Valbusa, with whom he plays rock at 360 degrees
