Alan Farrington
Thus began his professional activity and the meeting with the general public. In Maryland he attended an authoritative singing school to perfect, even more, vocal intensity and extension.
After the American period he moved to Italy, first to Rome and then to Milan, where he recorded two records for the "Polygram": "Shout On" and "No News, Bad News". Throughout his career he has created numerous important successful bands and bands.
The first, to which he owes his first fame, is that of the "Charlie and the Cats" (Farrington, Cinelli, Valbusa) with which he managed to produce eight discs and a film (Sono Fuori).
Subsequently Farrington founded several other formations, the "Alan Farrington Band", making use of valuable musicians of the caliber of Ellade Bandini, Ares Tavolazzi and Sandro Gibellini; the "No Smoking" and the "Maxi Taxis", with Gogo Ghidelli and Cesare Valbusa, with whom he plays rock at 360 degrees. In 1993 he recorded "Frank my Dear", a tribute to Frank Sinatra, a magical album recorded on air. Also that year he recorded 2 CDs on the history of the Blues.
In 2002 as bassist and singer he enters the studio again to record, with his Hammond Trio, the album "Lounge out". In the same year he sings on the cd "The illusion" where Winnie Colaiuta, Antonello Bruzzese and Pino Palladino play.
In 2003 he made the DVD "No smoking Live Tv Show" and in 2005 he recorded the new album: "Easy way out".
