With three successful fundraisers already uniting the community, the Germantown Jazz Festival is more than an event—It’s a movement celebrating Germantown’s deep connection to jazz and its cultural legacy.

Powered by a dynamic partnership with Artcinia, a Philadelphia-based organization dedicated to making the performing arts accessible to every community, the GJF is creating a space where music, history, and community unite. Get ready to experience the energy, the artistry, and the spirit of jazz like never before!

“Our vision is to create an annual tradition that honors jazz’s past, present, and future while fostering community pride and connection,” says Sherri Pennington, Marketing/PR Manager. “With the support of our community, we can make this dream a reality.”
