Alessia Piermarini

Born and raised in Rome, Alessia Piermarini is a singer-songwriter, pianist and loop virtuoso who moved to London over 10 years ago.

Over the course of her career, she has collaborated with renowned american artists such as Ursula Rucker and Jaguar Wright (featuring on Alessia’s solo album) and opened for Frank McComb at London iconic Jazz Café.

Her unique style blends elements of Jazz, Nu-Soul, Hip Hop, and Spoken Word Poetry.

Alessia is also a passionate blogger and writer, occasionally performing her written works live, accompanied by her loop machine.

She recently released her single Not Mine, a powerful reflection on the climate crisis, featuring some of the finest musicians from the London jazz scene. The track was well received by both radio stations and DJs, earning airplay on the BBC.

She’s also deeply committed to using music to support vulnerable communities: currently she works as a performer and vocal facilitator at one of London’s oldest male prisons, where she shares the transformative power of music with those who need it most.
