Joshua Weiner's Best Jazz Albums Of 2024
Vince Guaraldi's Peanuts special music got me into jazz in the first place, and the wonderful series of complete soundtracks released now expand our understanding of his work. I also want to highlight Zev Feldman's continuing series of archival projects that present never-before-heard documents of jazz historythe latest being the amazing live recording by McCoy Tyner and Joe Henderson at the storied jazz club Slugs. Looking forward to more great stuff in 2025!
