Upload Your Events to Jazz Near You

We offer several methods to upload or export your events to Jazz Near You.

Submission Form

Use our event submission form to upload a single event or up to 12 recurring events.

CSV File

Upload several events at once using our .csv file.

We import events from a musician's GigPress feed.

We import events from the following ticketing services:

Bandsintown;
Brown Paper Tickets;
Etix;
InstantSeats;
SquadUP;
Ticketfly / EventBrite;
Ticketmaster / Ticketweb / TicketsNow / LiveNation.

TIPS

If an event is associated with a festival, include the festival name, otherwise, leave it blank.
All venue and festival names must match exactly how they are listed at Jazz Near You. To check a venue or festival name, go to Jazz Near You and click the "Venues." "Festivals/Series" names can be found by clicking "DIRECTORY" on the navigation bar .
You can use the bandleader's name as the "Title" and you should repeat his/her name in the "Participating musicians" column. Use full names (and do not include their instruments).

FAQ

Q: Can I update my events once I upload them?

Yes. Just click the orange "Update" button on the event's detail page or go to your Manage Events Page.

Q: Where will my events be shown once I upload them?

The Jazz Near You website;
The weekly Jazz Near You email announcement;
The on demand Jazz Near You calendar;
The Jazz Near You app;
The Jazz Near You widget;
The Jazz Near You event feed;
The All About Jazz website.

Q: Why do I get forwarded to my member page when I try to submit an event?

If you are trying to submit an event and you are being redirected to your member page, please do the following: Log out of All About Jazz (and make sure you are also logged out of Jazz Near You); Delete your browser's All About Jazz cookie (just to be safe); Log back in to All About Jazz. Once you log back in, you'll also be logged in at Jazz Near You and you can freely add your events.
