Biagio Coppa è un talentoso sassofonista, compositore e direttore d'orchestra milanese che opera tra l'Italia e gli Stati Uniti dove ha collaborato con Ralph Alessi, Drew Gress, Matt Mitchell, Shane Endsley (con i quali ha pubblicato Anastomosi), Tom Rainey e altri. In questi anni ha guidato vari organici, spaziando dalla sperimentazione d'avanguardia alla rivisitazione creativa della tradizione.
