Franz Hautzinger's Poet Congress: Weltallende
La formazione comprende, oltre a Hautzinger e al chitarrista Burkhard Stangl, entrambi musicisti che il pubblico della sperimentazione conosce bene, la pianista Manon-Liu Winter e tre voci, quelle di Steve Gander, Christian Reiner e Isabelle Duthoit, tutti dotati di un straordinario polimorfismo sonico. I frammenti testuali di Walla vengono rielaborati dal gruppo con grande varietà, attraversando momenti di grande concitazione e teatralità a altri in cui l'attenzione [anche attraverso pratiche estreme] è al dettaglio microscopico, ma non senza episodi più spaziosi e dal gusto più spiccatamente narrativo e evocativo.
Caotico e lirico al tempo stesso, con una tavolozza timbrica che va dal sussurro all'urlo metal, questo progetto sconta però - per chi non padroneggi bene il tedesco - l'ostacolo della lingua e della forte spinta sperimentale. Chi volesse però tentare l'avventura non rimarrà deluso.
