The Science Fair (feat. Franz Hellmüller): Welcome to the Science Fair
Il tutto, attraverso l'utilizzo musicato di poesia, voci narranti, scat, vocalese. Predominanza della parola, dunque, e la musica è un supporto funzionale al testo, una sorta di colonna sonora. Essendo gli argomenti trattati (e l'approccio ad essi) ad ampio spettro (in fondo siamo ad una fiera!), anche gli orizzonti espressivi della musica sono molto variegati, sia nella forma che nella configurazione strumentale. Il tutto con una sonorità molto vicina alle atmosfere black, insospettabile (almeno per chi vi scrive) in un gruppo elvetico.
Interessante come idea, accattivante nelle prime battute, alla lunga la presenza della voce narrante diventa fastidiosa e si gradirebbe avere qualche apertura musicale in più oppure (perchè no?) del cantato. Ci sembra inoltre che l'album non abbia lo spessore per reggere ascolti ripetuti.
