Shelley Moore

Shelley Moore was born and raised in England where she sang in nightclubs, appeared on radio and television and toured Europe, Israel and the USA. Her first recording was for EMI Columbia, then she switched to the jazz oriented Esquire Record's Starlite label. After touring in the USA, she decided to become a permanent resident. Shortly after arriving in California, she was signed by the Chess-Argo label and subsequently recorded the album "For the First Time" backed by such musicians as Ramsey Lewis, Eddie Harris, Plas Johnson and John Collins. This LP has recently been re-mastered and re-issued as a Jazz Classic by Verve Universal as a CD. However, after marrying her American husband, Shelley decided to concentrate on family life and raising her two children

Ema Walker

Ema Walker lives and works as a jazz singer in the serene locale of Hartford, CT where she relocated from New York City in 2004. The city of Hartford’s vibrant jazz community has welcomed her with open arms, allowing her to become a fixture among some truly world-renowned and talented musicians.

Shortly after her move to Connecticut, Ema was discovered by Jackie Mclean, who was so impressed with her talent that he invited her to be the first ever Jazz Vocal Performance student at the prestigious Hartt School of Music, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Music in May, 2006.

Meg Clifton

Meg Clifton is 26 years old. She has her Masters in Jazz studies. Her style has been described as swinging with a fresh and sexy quality and rich with the knowledge of jazz vocal history. Meg has been performing regularly at Chris' Jazz Cafe in Philadelphia, PA which was noted by DownBeat Magazine as being one of the 100 greatest jazz clubs on the international scene. Roger Cairns

Born: April 4, 1946

Roger Cairns started singing at a very early age and hasn’t stopped since. He sang at his aunt’s wedding when he was three years old. He sang in the church choir. Every year, he sang at the local residents association Christmas party. He sang at school and was 12 when he was awarded the Robert Burns Prize for excellence in the singing of Scottish songs. That’s what Roger knew, that’s what he loved, and that’s what he decided he was going to do when he turned 9: he was going to become a singer. Flash forward 50 years and Roger is in Los Angeles, California, singing with a 20-piece jazz orchestra

Rob Dorn

Born: July 24, 1961

Rob Dorn's career includes a wide range of performing credits spanning musical theater, concerts, television, radio and six CD recordings. He is the creator and artistic director of the pop vocal group "Three Hits and a Miss". He is a veteran of several Chicago stage productions, a national tour of Sondheim's “Into The Woods” (Jack) and was a member of the Minneapolis company of “Forever Plaid”. Last May, Rob appeared in Seattle's “The Candyland Diaries” and his solo show, “Home At Last” at Davenports in Chicago.

Lauren Field

Having recently recorded her debut solo album 'Modern Woman', Lauren is attracting critical acclaim from all over the world. Voted 'International Star of the Year' and 'Woman of the Year in Music and Entertainment' by American magazines World Art Celebrities Journal and Modern Woman Today USA. She writes lyrics about life and her experiences of love, broken relationships, motherhood and the emotional roller-coaster of the modern woman, hence the album title. Having trained at The Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art, she went on to appear in West End musicals before forming her own band.
