Mario Vavti, born 1973 in Klagenfurt, Austria. At the moment living in Vienna, Austria. Working as freelance trombonist, composer and arranger. The major motivation for me to start a professional career as a musician was the strong need to express myself through music. Immediately after my apprenticeship as a toolmaker and technical drawer, at the age of 21, I matriculated at the local conservatory to start my studies on the trombone. Born in 1991 in Baden/Austria, Roland Schalken began studying classical piano at the age of 9. At the age of 13 he was introduced to blues and jazz by his older brother and his interest for this kind of music was awakened. From this stage on he began to study jazz self-taught. With 18, he began his jazz piano studies at the Joseph Haydn Conservatory in Eisenstadt/Austria with Prof. Johann Hausl. At the moment he is studying at ArtEZ hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Arnhem / Netherlands with Jeroen van Vliet. He attended workshops with Jerry Bergonzi, Gregory Hutchinson, Steve Kirby and Antonio Ciacca.

Alex Pinter was born and raised in Graz, started playing the piano at age 5, switched to guitar when he was around 14, and hasn't stopped ever since. He persued a carreer in cancer research (master's degree in genetics and microbiology) at first, but the music obviously had a different plan with him, or as his teacher Mick Goodrick put it: you don‘t choose music, music chooses you. So, while finishing his biology degree, Alex already studied jazz/popular music performance and music education in Vienna. Born in Northern Maine, Philip Yaeger learned to sing as soon as he could talk. Improvisation came naturally to him and by the age of fourteen he was playing engagements with a jazz trio - not an easy thing to accomplish in a town of ten thousand souls.

Graz, Austria: Master of Arts from the Arts University of Graz; further studies with Ed Neumeister and others.
Vienna, where he currently lives and happily works with whomever will have him

Pianist and composer Wolfgang Seligo is very much at home in many divergent musical styles. His original music is influenced by jazz, rock, and modern classical music and driven by a funky and powerful sound from the piano. He brought his work onto the international stage in various formations but also solo. He gave concerts in the Forbidden City of Peking, on the Red Square of Moscow, but also in Morocco, Senegal, Chicago and Washington.
