Peter Dragotta is a composer, wind synthesist, brass instrumentalist, producer, and leader of the electro/creative music ensemble pharmacopia. For over 20 years he has connected his jazz origins with ambient, house, electronica and break beats, as well as elements from hip hop, rock, pop, and classical music melding them into soundscapes of deep intensity. Before being an active musician/composer, Dragotta started his career behind the scenes on the business side of the music industry starting in 1984 promoting artists and bands like Tina Turner, Duran Duran, Iron Maiden, and The Pet Shop Boys for Capitol-EMI

Leron Thomas’ musical journey began in his hometown of Houston Texas, always inspired by family rich with respect and understanding of quality music. After graduating from Houston’s distinguished High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, he ventured to New York City to develop as a trumpet player and composer, enrolling in Manhattan’s The New School. While studying, his own music was evolving and maturing. Recognized for this he began performing professionally with various artists including Bilal, Billy Harper, Charles Tolliver and Roy Hargrove. Dan Frankowski is a thinker, novelty-seeker, trumpet player, and composer. He was raised in the Twin Cities, where his high school band (director Dennis Malmberg) and the Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies (GTCYS) were early crucibles, with peers like Michael Bland (later drummer for Prince's New Power Generation) and Michael Sutton (violinist in the Minnesota Orchestra). At Oberlin College, he studied jazz playing with Donald Byrd (the trumpeter), Kenny Davis, and Jack Wilkins, and jazz composition with Wendall Logan. At the University of Minnesota, he studied jazz with Ron McCurdy, which included master classes by Slide Hampton, Joshua Redman, Hal Galper, Terrel Stafford, and Wynton Marsalis

Andrew Colman

Andrew Colman is a jazz flugelhorn/trumpet player and educator based in Bristol, UK. He studied with Richard Iles at Leeds College of Music and graduated in 1999 with a 1st Class (Hons) Degree in Jazz Studies. In 1999 he won the RSA Young Jazz Musician of the Year.

Andrew is busy working with his brother Mat (trombone with Herbaliser, Easy Access Orchestra etc) on an exciting project called Colman Brothers. They are writing music for film and tv and also working on original material using strings, horns and beats. Other projects include the Jamil Sheriff Octet, the Saffron Beagley Orchestra and Silhouette Ensemble, Sara Colman Band, Andy Hague Big Band, Mankala...

Greg is an award winning mutiple number 1 on-line jazz chart and top 20 rock/pop/easylistening on-line chart composer, musician and recording artist. He is based in Sydney Australia and performs with most of the top Jazz Bands and Sydney 80's covers band 'Glory Daze'.

From his beginning on Trumpet with Sydney Dixieland Jazz Bands and Swing Big Bands, Greg has gone on to work with most major jazz bands in Sydney including the legendary Ricky May, Bob Barnard and Dave Dallwitz. He has also supported and backed legends such as KC & the Sunshine Band, The Harlem Globetrotters, Jackie Trent & Tony Hatch (Neighbours, everybody needs good neighbours....), The Deltones, Doug Parkinson, Brian Cadd, Jackie Love (legs!!!!) etc.

Trumpeter Dominick Farinacci was named the very first Global Ambassador to Jazz at Lincoln Center by Wynton Marsalis, working to further integrate music into communities around the world in culturally collaborative ways. He graduated from The Juilliard School in 2005 launching his career in Japan with a prolific run of eight albums, later releasing four more globally. He has performed in more than 120 cities in 14 countries around the world, was a featured guest on ABC’s Good Morning America, and is a TED Speaker. Music icon Quincy Jones says of Dominick’s accomplishments in performance, recording, education & advocacy, “This kid is 360 degrees!”
