Eivind Lønning

Eivind Nordset Lønning (born 20 January 1983 in Kolbotn, Norway) is a Norwegian Jazz musician (trumpet) known from playing with Christian Wallumrød, Joshua Redman, Dave Holland and Chick Corea, and performed commissioned works by Eirik Hegdal, Per Zanussi, Ståle Storløkken, Motorpsycho and Erlend Skomsvoll. Lønning grew up playing classical trumpet, started his education on the Music program at Ski vgs., and later completed a Bachelor on the Jazz program at Trondheim Musikkonservatorium (2004), a Master's degree at Norges Musikkhøgskole in Oslo. Lønning participate in the duo «Streifenjunko» with Espen Reinertsen, in «Espen Reinertsen Organic Jukebox» (album 2007), in Christian Wallumrød Ensemble (plate 2010) and in quintet with Koboku Senjû (album 2010)

Paul Krueger
Paul Krueger is a trumpeter, composer, and arranger currently residing in Eugene, OR. He is a three-time ASCAP Young Jazz Composer Award winner, and was the 2012 DownBeat Magazine award winner for Large Jazz Ensemble Arrangement. He was named the “Outstanding College Trumpeter” at the 2011 Reno Jazz Festival, and his 2011 debut album, The Wayward Traveler, features eight original compositions performed by his quartet. In September 2013, Krueger was appointed as the new Director of Bands and Jazz Studies at Lane Community College in Eugene, OR, where he teaches Ear Training, Jazz Improvisation, and Jazz Combos in addition to directing the Lane Symphonic Band and the Lane Jazz Ensemble

Dr. Adrian Ruiz serves as the Director of Jazz Studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Courses taught at UTSA include: Jazz Ensemble, Jazz Combo, History and Styles of Jazz, and Private Jazz Improvisation. Fred Adams
Fred Adams is an inspiring composer who discovered the creative, artistic form of compositional writing at the Philadelphia College of Performing Arts, where he studied trumpet and piano.
Fred is most noted for his thirty year association with the Sun Ra Arkestra and has toured throughout the world as a longstanding member. Sun Ra encouraged Fred to lead his own band and he later founded the Philadelphia Heritage Art Ensemble. It started out as vehicle to present late Philadelphia composers (Hank Mobley and Lee Morgan), along with original compositions through a residency at the Mill Creek Cultural Center
