Coming from the birthplace of baseball, where the first Oreo was sold, and the Chairman Of The Board, Frank Sinatra,  Tommy C was born in Hoboken, New Jersey. Tommy comes from a line of entertainers and musicians from his uncle who was a traveling carnival clown to his grandmother, better known as Judy Allen, a Rockette from way back when. At a young age, Tommy began singing, dancing, and acting in community theater as well as various school performances. Landing roles such as Albert Peterson in "Bye Bye Birdie", Danny Zuko in "Grease", and Nathan Detroit in "Guys & Dolls". Tommy has performed along the east coast with the Cole Brother's Circus Of The Stars for many years under the name, "Shorty The Clown", following in his uncle's footsteps
