PAVEL "PASHA" SKORNYAKOV is a Russian jazz saxophonist living in Moscow, and a rising star on the international jazz scene. As a gifted composer and musician, Pavel is a virtuoso of the alto sax, soprano sax, tenor sax, and flute. He has already forged an impressive chain of successes: in addition to performing in cities across his native Russia, Skornyakov has performed in shows throughout Europe and Asia. In 2017, he toured South Korea along with famed Korean musicians and became an endorser of Kim’s Korea Saxophone. Most recently, Skornyakov’s debut album, Early Season, was released in June 2018 on the German jazz label, nagel heyer records

Born in Moscow, Russia, Lena Bloch immigrated to Israel and moved to Europe in 1990, where she became a part of the European jazz scene (Germany and Holland) for 12 years, finally came to the United States, earning Master’s Degree in Composition and moved to Brooklyn, NY in 2008, where she quickly became a contributor to one of the most fertile and interesting jazz scenes of recent memory.
As a long-time disciple of Lee Konitz, Lena is an improviser, dedicated to spontaneity and precision

Arnaud Guichard
Arnaud Guichard is a Belgian born saxophonist and composer based in London. Since he arrived in the UK in 2013, Arnaud performed as a sideman and as a leader with the renowned jazz musicians Zoe Rahman, Mark Lockheart, Simon Purcell, Mick Foster, Dave Wickins and Moses Boyd. Arnaud studied at Trinity Laban Conservatoire where he was awarded the Jon Hassal prize for jazz in 2015 before graduating in 2016. His latest work as a bandleader ‘Serendip’ is a project that reflects Arnaud’s early influences from the ‘Symphony Fantastique’ by Berlioz. ‘Serendip’ cultivates the essence of program music using the Persian tale ‘The Three Princes of Serendip’ as an extra-musical narrative. Since its start in 2017 ‘Serendip’ played at Jazz in The Round, The Vortex Jazz Club, Jazz Live at The crypt amongst others and released its first album ‘The Tale’ at Total Refreshment Centre in May 2018

As a performer, his main area of expertise is as a jazz saxophonist, although he has also been prolific as a sideman in bands and on recordings that cover a wide range of genres which include Rock, R&B, Funk, Fusion, and Hip-Hop. As a teacher, he specializes in private instruction for beginner to advanced saxophone and clarinet as well as beginner to advanced jazz improvisation. Born and raised in San Francisco, CA., Frank started on the clarinet at the age of ten years old. Soon afterward he began studies on bassoon, saxophone and flute. By the age of fourteen he began studying composition, writing jazz and classical pieces for his high school band and orchestra and for jazz ensembles that rehearsed at the local union hall, including trumpeter Mike Vax's Big Band. In 1975-76 Frank wrote jazz/classical hybrid works that were performed by the San Francisco Symphony and local professional jazz musicians at the Summer Music Workshop Programs, and he composed and conducted an orchestral overture for his high school graduation ceremony

Johnny Griffith is a multi-Juno Award nominated saxophonist, composer and producer who has played and recorded with numerous artists including Don Thompson, Hawksley Workman, Jeremy Pelt, Ernesto Cervini’s Tune Town, Charlie Hunter, The Wailers, Alex Dean, Laila Biali, Al Henderson Quintet, Brandi Disterheft and Terra Hazelton to name a few, and is a member of the popular Canadian funk/hip hop group, the Pocket Dwellers. He has toured extensively across Canada, the United States, and Europe performing at all the major Canadian music festivals as well as several international venues including the Montreaux Jazz Festival in Switzerland. Johnny co-leads the Griffith Hiltz Trio with guitarist Nathan Hiltz arriving on the scene with the 2009 album “Now & Then”, produced by and featuring Toronto jazz legend, Don Thompson
