​​ ​Versatile Music Producer, Composer and Latin Grammy nominated Guitarist. Resilient and resourceful character with 18 years of performance history. Skilled at areas such as music and executive production, session musician, arrangement, film and media composition. At 17, he began playing and recording professionally using a wide range of music genres, from Brazilian to jazz, rock, pop, and gospel. He has performed in Broadway musicals, including Jesus Christ Superstar and The Lion King, and with countless artists. Amorim moved to the US in 2014 and has since shared the stage and/or recorded with renowned artists, including Alcione, Cyro Baptista, Luciana Mello, Neguinho da Beija-Flor, Jair Oliveira, Oriente Lopez, and others. He has performed at Carnegie Hall, Birdland, Blue Note, Joe's Pub, The Metropolitan Room, the DiMenna Center, Club Bonafide, and many others. Marcello Carelli, 22 years old, is one of the most versatile musicians on the music scene today. Originally from Bedford Hills, New York, Carelli is a currently getting his master's degree in Jazz Studies at the University of Southern California's Thornton School of Music. He received his undergraduate degree in Studio Music and Jazz at the University of Miami's Frost School of Music. Marcello is a former Stamps Distinguished Ensemble Scholar, having been chosen out of many applicants to play in a high profile jazz quintet for four years. Hailing from Berkeley, CA, Origin Records Jazz Artist Michael Orenstein was surrounded by a vibrant jazz community at a young age. Through programs like the SFJazz All-Stars Combo, the Jazzschool, and Berkeley High Jazz, Orenstein had the chance to play with Terrence Blanchard, Christian McBride, Wycliffe Gordon, in addition to many local greats. In 2015, Orenstein was selected to attend the Banff International Workshop in Jazz and Creative music as a TD Fellow, where he got to perform his compositions with Ingrid Jensen and Zakir Hussain. Raised in Wilton, Connecticut until thirteen when family moved to Thailand. Attended International School in Bangkok. Started playing drums in bands—parties, clubs, backed up a fire-breathing stripper in a roller rink. Parents soundly discouraged pursuing music, though my grandfather, George Bailhé, made a career as a pianist and arranger for Cecil B. DeMille. Took up electric bass. Followed Beatles, Hendrix, Traffic, Aretha, Smokey Robinson, then dove into jazz: Mingus, Brubeck, Getz, Monk, and later, Miles Davis, Weather Report and Joni Mitchell. Took sitar lessons in Benares, India and Kathmandu, then became a monk. Ordained as a novice Buddhist priest in the Patriarch's temple in Bangkok. Moved Wat Chedi Luang, a temple from the 1300's in Chiengmai, Thailand Chanting prayers is an intriguing way to experience the overtone series.
