Antero Priha

Born: October 4, 1965

Trumpetist Antero Priha is a versatile and intuitive trumpet player and composer. He has played, composed and arranged music from many different genres and played and recorded with a great number of domestic and foreign top artists. He is a band musician and composer who leads he ´s own groups and projects. Antero has collaborated in various projects with: Ray Charles, Carla Bley, Freddie Hubbard, Maria Schneider, Joe Henderson & Gil Evans. Finnish stars J. Karjalainen, Ismo Alanko, Judge Bean, Pekka Pohjola, Jukka Linkola, Sakari Kukko, Upi Sorvali, Edward Wesala, Hasse Walli and Otto Donner have also been his musical co-operation partners. Priha has also created a career as a studio musician on television and radio, including Espoo Big Band and Umo Jazz orchestra as a soloist and musician. Chris Tedesco

Born: December 30, 1960

Chris Tedesco has distinguished himself as a one of the top call trumpet players on the music scene in Los Angeles since 1987. Equally at home performing classical trumpet, lead trumpet or jazz solos, chamber music or orchestral pieces, Chris’s sound has been heard on numerous recordings for Movies, TV shows, TV Commercials, CD recordings, and live dates with some of the biggest names in the industry. He is also very active in the “business end” of music as a musician contractor/project manager for some of this recorded and live work as well. Early trumpet training in his hometown of Niagara Falls New York included studies with Ron Mendola, and then Chuck Lirette of the Buffalo Philharmonic. Awards for All County band and Jazz Band were awarded for 6th through 12th grade, along with All State Band and Jazz Band, and finally National Honors Band in his senior year

Chaim Rubinov

Chaim Rubinov, trumpet, flugelhorn, composer and arranger, is a native of Montreal, Canada. He has toured the U.S., Canada and South America and has performed with renowned artists including Marvin Hamlisch, Nestor Torres and Tito Puente, Jr. A talented composer and arranger, Chaim composes Latin Jazz and Latin-Klezmer arrangements which have been performed and recorded by several groups, including Orquesta Nostalgia and the Klezmer Company Jazz Orchestra. He has led bands for cruise ships and worked as a studio musician for radio and television commercials. Chaim holds a bachelor of music from the University of North Texas, where he studied with jazz trumpeter Donald Byrd.
