Sebastian Gahler

Sebastian Gahler – known for his melodic Modern Jazz pieces – is a highly acclaimed, award-winning pianist, keyboardist and composer. Several stays in the USA have influenced his style at an early stage of his career. He graduated with honors from the Cologne University of Music. Today, his trio is an integral part of the German jazz scene. In this formation he released three albums: „Meditation“, „Trust“, „Down The Street ft. Wolfgang Engstfeld“. He has played at many festivals – most recently he was invited to be the artist of residence at the International Jazzfestival Viersen, Germany

Kate Wyatt

Celebrated Canadian pianist and composer Kate Wyatt is one of the top tier jazz musicians in the city of Montreal. She has been praised as having “musical ideas and a style of playing and writing that is on par with the current jazz piano elite: Mehldau, Yaron Herman, Shai Maestro, Fred Hersch.”, and has been hailed as “one of the top artists of Montreal, Quebec, or even Canadian jazz.” (Cardin/Brunet, panm360.com). Her most recent album “Artifact” was released to overwhelmingly excellent critical reviews, and was featured on “Best Jazz of 2022” lists from Canada, the US and Europe. Alessandro Di Liberto

Born: February 5, 1964

Alessandro Di Liberto started studying the guitar at the age of eight, then switched to piano under the guidance of maestro S. Figliola, taking private lessons. In ‘85 he joined the Conservatory in Cagliari where he started studying classical composition with A.Guaragna. In the same period he formed his first live band and started performing in different venues in Cagliari. Having developed a passion for jazz he was accepted as a student at the Koninklijk Conservatorium in The Hague, where he studied jazz piano for several years under the guidance of pianist Rob van Kreeveld. During his stay in Holland, together with German saxophonist Klaus Gesing he founded the Di Liberto-Gesing quartet. With this quartet he toured around Holland and also took part in some international prestigious festivals as the North See Jazz Festival (The Hague), Beauforthuis (Holland), Villach (Austria), Jazz a Vienne (France). In '98 he recorded a CD in Austria entitled: "Harmonix" with the above mentioned quartet featuring {{m: Christian Weber = 14749}} on double bass and {{m: Ewald Zach = 131866}} on drums.

Leandros Pasias

Leandros Pasias was born in Thessaloniki. At the age of 10 he began piano lessons with his teacher Tasos Mantzaris at the conservatory Musicworkshop. Also he took classical harmony and jazz harmony lessons with Jiannis Angelakis at the Modern Conservatory of Thessaloniki.

At the age of 18 he continued his studies at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam in the department of jazz piano with professors Karel Boehlee, Rob van Bavel, Hans Vroomans and classical piano lessons with Gert-Jan Vermeulen. Among others, he attended the workshop of the internationally renowned professor Arnold Dooyewerd. In Amsterdam took part in seminars with: Avishai Cohen Trio, Mike Clark, Dominique DiPiazza, Robin Eubanks, Panagiotis Andreou, Hilario Duran Trio, Enrico Pieranunzi, Dennis Mackrel, Miles Okazaki and Jeff Levenson.

Rasmus Sørensen

Born: June 29, 1997

Born and raised in a musical family in rural Denmark, pianist, composer and improviser Rasmus Sørensen moved to NYC in 2018 and has since gained wide recognition for his accessible yet forward-looking sound both as a musician and composer. Having collaborated with a vast array of artists across genres over the years as well as having toured extensively, his debut trio album "Traits" is due for release in june 2022 and exhibits Rasmus' perception of the world around us through his musical scope.

Michael Orenstein

Hailing from Berkeley, CA, Origin Records Jazz Artist Michael Orenstein was surrounded by a vibrant jazz community at a young age. Through programs like the SFJazz All-Stars Combo, the Jazzschool, and Berkeley High Jazz, Orenstein had the chance to play with Terrence Blanchard, Christian McBride, Wycliffe Gordon, in addition to many local greats. In 2015, Orenstein was selected to attend the Banff International Workshop in Jazz and Creative music as a TD Fellow, where he got to perform his compositions with Ingrid Jensen and Zakir Hussain. Skip Walker

Skip Walker is a drummer, composer, producer, educator, and Episcopal Priest. He is a graduate of Boston’s prestigious Berklee College of Music (the world’s foremost institution for the study of Jazz and modern American music) where he studied with renown drummers John Ramsay, Skip Hadden, and Ed Uribe. Skip got his first break at the age seventeen touring Europe as the drummer for the New York based funk group “The Fatback Band,” but after hearing great jazz drummers such as Art Blakey, Max Roach, Roy Haynes, Elvin Jones and Tony Williams, Skip slowly began falling in love with Jazz

Olga Witte

Born: April 22, 1978

Composer, arranger, pianist, church organist and ethnomusicologist. Olga Witte is presently studying composition as an advanced postgraduate student at The Royal Academy of Music, Aarhus. She has a MA from University of Aarhus in musicology and anthropology, and is educated church organist from Vestervig Kirkemusikskole. She is a jazz pianist and church organist, and she plays Balinese gamelan.​ Witte's knowledge of Balinese gamelan is based on longterm ethnomusicological fieldworks in the period 2005-2020. When Olga Witte is in Bali she lives in and takes part in different gamelan groups in the area Kecamatan Sukawati
