Sacha Boutros

Sacha Boutros is an acclaimed jazz singer,  producer and composer, celebrated for performing in 14 languages. As a global peace ambassador of goodwill, she uses music as a bridge to foster community and designs peace murals that unite bordering nations.

A former semi-professional soccer and tennis player, Sacha attended one of the top business schools in the U.S., graduating with honors in Marketing and International Business. She later founded a record label, production, and publishing company, establishing herself as one of the few female producers in jazz. Paolo Antonelli

Paolo Antonelli is a singer-songwriter from Turin with an exotic streak and a Mediterranean sound.

Moka Blues (Cielazzurro music, 2024) is his solo debut album. Rares Morarescu

Born: October 25, 1966

Born in 1966 in Bucharest from an Italian mother working for the Defence Ministry, and Romanian father economist for the Ministry of Industry, Rares was recognised as a musical prodigy at the age of three and received the best classical education from the Russian School on Piano and violin.

He also benefited from the affluence and knowledge of the family and was encouraged by his father to study extensively medicine and music. Aged 14 & 15 he had a life changing encounter in France when he met Jazzmaster Stephane Grapelli who coached him during summer holidays, starting a lifelong passion for Jazz and Swing.

Jan Knutson

Washington based guitarist and composer, Jan Knutson, incorporates elements of Jazz and Classical , Bluegrass and Pop to create his original works and unique takes on classic jazz standards. His music explores and stretches the wide range of the guitar as a solo instrument, showcasing his lyricism and virtuosic command. He has performed with some of the world’s finest guitarists including Frank Vignola, Martin Taylor, and Julian Lage, and recorded four solo albums, Looking Both Ways (2016) ,Out of Nowhere (2014), Tunnel Visions (2023), and  Here's the Thing (2023). He has performed in several music festivals including the Savannah Acoustic Music Seminar, Richmond Folk Festival, True Blue Jazz Festival, Marlow International Guitar Series, and was an Artist in Residence at the Strathmore Music Center in Washington, DC.

Martin Gioani

Born: September 17, 1987

Martin Gioani is a guitar player, pedagogue and content creator with a community of more than 200K subscribers. Since 2005 he teaches guitar, creates pedagogical content and full courses on his website guitare-improvisation.com, and shares tutorials and backing tracks on his Youtube channel Guitare Improvisation.

A vast experience in jazz, gypsy jazz and Brazilian music led Martin to teach in different seminars, including the most prestigious Django in June in 2019 in Massachusetts. His interest towards different cultures, music genres and languages can be felt in his approach to teaching as much as in his playing.

Tcha Limberger

Born: June 20, 1977

TCHA LIMBERGER – MULTI-INSTRUMENTALIST.. AND VIRTUOSO ON MOST OF THEM.

Since picking up his first instrument the guitar, composer, singer and multi-instrumentalist Tcha Limberger is one of a handful of world class musicians to have become accepted and respected in a style of music culturally not their own. His showcasing on the international stage of his Transylvanian Kalotaszeg Trio and Budapest Gypsy Orchestra, and his nurturing approach to teaching almost forgotten traditional musics has made him one of the most prominent and ‘important figures in folk music of the Carpathian Basin’. For this he has received unparalleled praise worldwide from professionals and public alike. Critics remarking on his achievements have claimed he is ’entirely made of music’, ‘The Polymath king of Gypsy music’, whilst musician colleagues refer to him as ‘the fifth element’. 

Gaucho

Active since: 2002

Gaucho is a masterful Bay Area band that combines the influence of gypsy jazz of 1930’s Europe with the rhythmic drive and collective improvisation of New Orleans swing music, gutbucket blues and elements of ragtime. Their sound, a uniquely American concoction, blends instrumental acuity and lighthearted humor that keep their audience coming back for more. As founder, guitarist, and main composer Dave Ricketts says, the band is “in love with the music of Louis Armstrong, Fats Waller and Jimmie Rodgers, as well as the stories, the life styles and the foot steps of hundreds of other great jazz, blues, country and rock musicians that created the sound of American Music from roughly 1900-1950’s”

Led by eminent guitarist, Dave Ricketts, the group has been a San Francisco mainstay for over fifteen years, and one of the busiest bands in the bay area playing 5 to 10 gigs a week
