Pete Roth

Pete Roth, a versatile artist and accomplished session guitarist, born in Germany, where his musical journey began in the heart of a family deeply rooted in music. At the tender age of 11, he picked up the guitar, setting the stage for a lifelong dedication to his craft.

In his formative years, Roth found inspiration in the raw emotion of blues and the electrifying energy of rock. However, his musical horizons expanded when he ventured to England to study jazz. There, he delved into the rich complexities of the genre, drawing influence from luminaries such as Joe Pass, John Scofield, and Julian Lage.

Younee, composer and singer-songwriter from South Korea, has long left her mark, not only due to her unique and virtuoso piano playing. By means of her awesome power of improvisation and that exceptional gift of being able to improvise and to compose freely on a classical foundation, she has defined her very own style: Free Classic & Jazz!

It is with Younee’s spontaneous and freely composed musical pieces in the course of her breathtaking live appearances that she succeeds to win over her audiences again and again. This is why her next album will feature live-recordings of her most exciting live compositions from concerts between 2017 and 2019. Her first two albums had taken the bestseller charts by storm, catapulting her to the No. 1 position. While her German debut album “Jugendstil” (2014) had still relied on Mozart, Beethoven, Rachmaninoff, and other “classics” as inspiration, Younee, on her next album “My Piano” (2016), by way of her incredible technique and 11 self-penned compositions, had virtually lit brilliant fireworks between furioso and pianissimo, taking the listener on a highly emotional journey into a new world of piano music. Nicole Brancato

Nicole Brancato makes music to unlock wonder. Fascinated with contemporary expressions of our shared human experience, the NYC-based pianist merges curation, composition and performance in collaborations across the arts. Described as “brilliant” and an “immense talent” (New York Magazine and Connect Savannah), Nicole is “redefining the very notion of classical music” (Atención San Miguel). Her credits range from the Guggenheim Museum (NYC), Rai Italia, and the Banff Centre (Canada) to Lincoln Center, Bellas Artes (Mexico), HBO, and the “underground” performances in Brooklyn factories and warehouses.

Studied Music at College of Marin, where I started a Vocal Jazz Class. I live In Mill Valley, in Marin County, but the location finder wouldn't let me enter that, so Santa Rosa is closest. I sing a large selection of work from the Great American Songbook, some latin and pop. I enjoy improvising and can scat horn-style lines in any jam. I have a good understanding of both jazz and classical music theory and I read music well. I am looking to connect with instrumentalists in my area, to jam and to build a pool of friends to play gigs.

Boris Grubesic

Born: July 24, 1991

Boris Grubesic, based in Stockholm, Sweden, is a guitarist and songwriter whose music blends folk, jazz, improvisational elements and pop. Influenced by guitarists and composers like Marc Ribot, Nick Drake, Joni Mitchell, Leo Kottke, Barney Kessel, and Agustin Pereyra Lucena, Boris creates a unique musical narrative.

His debut solo album, 'Stundom,' released on June 19th, 2024, features a collection of guitar compositions with short tunes and improvisations.

Boris is also a member of the bands Mata Kopa and Smiling Man.

Patrick Golden

Born: July 4, 1975

Patrick Golden is an American drummer in the jazz, free jazz and free improvisation genres.He is well known for playing in New York City improv and experimental music scenes. Over the past decade, Patrick has had extensive shows in and around NYC as well as a number of Japanese tours.

Kasper Rietkerk

Born: February 25, 1995

Award-winning saxophonist Kasper Rietkerk, renowned for his collaborations with esteemed artists such as Eddie Chacon, John Caroll Kirby and Jean Toussaint, has also been a member of the Emma Rawicz Jazz Orchestra. His diverse career includes appearances on various TV and radio programs, as well as contributing to the music composition for VPRO’s television series ‘Naar Bed’. In 2023, Kasper and his London-based sextet, KRSIX, recorded a full-length album set to be released on Zennez Records and launched at Pizza Express Soho on June 24, 2024. This album features original compositions by Kasper, arranged for his sextet along with a string quartet, and includes guest appearances by Emma Rawicz, Anatole Muster, and Immy Churchill.

Gus Leighton

Born: October 28, 1995

Gus Leighton is an Australian contemporary tenor saxophonist based in Hobart, Tasmania. He is known for his improvisational skills and compositional style, drawing influence from notable saxophonists such as Lester Young, Dexter Gordon, Stan Getz, and Wayne Shorter. Gus is currently pursuing his PhD research at the University of Tasmania, focusing on these four saxophonists.

Aside from his research, Gus is actively involved in the music scene. He is a respected saxophonist, composer, arranger, and bandleader of various groups including Uncle Gus and The Rimshots, The Gus Leighton Quartet, and The Greenrises Jazz Orchestra. Gus has also performed at festivals and events as both a leader and accompanist, having shared the stage with artists like Dami Im, Andrew O'Keefe and The Melbourne Ska Orchestra.

Pedro Molina

Born: March 4, 1989

Pedro Molina, Spanish double bassist born in 1989 in Murcia (Spain) and based in Porto (Portugal) since 2017.

He studied double bass in Spain with Jordi Vila (Alicante) and Jordi Gaspar (Barcelona), and in Portugal with José Carlos Barbosa and Demian Cabaud.

He graduated from ESMAE (Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo - Porto), specializing in jazz (2021).

In addition to projects where he works as a sideman, in 2022 he starts his own project with original music where he explores not only his interpretative facet but also the paths of his own music.
