Residents Of The Future perform original tunes written and arranged by guitarist and band founder Yuval Ron. The music reveals influences of modern jazz-rock icons, and a mixture of many other contemporary artists from the progressive rock, fusion and metal genres. The music places a constant emphasis on harmonic richness, rhythmical sophistication, dialogue between the players and an extensive use of synthesizers, laptops and other electronic instruments. Yuval Ron & Residents Of The Future are based in Berlin, Germany, bringing together four internationally rising talents from the next generation of electric Jazz. Last Man standing (Nujazzeurope) and RemixVirus1 (Killervirus-Audio) an Austrian based label showcasing unique, and infectious expressions of nu- jazz through deep house, IDM, and broken beat styles.

Guitarist and composer Bert Jackson is influenced by the adventurousness of John McLaughlin, the groove of Wes Montgomery, and the passion of British Blues greats like Eric Clapton, Peter Green and Mick Taylor. While sophisticated, his playing is approachable, fun, and always a little outside the norm. You will find Bert singing and playing jazz, blues and latin all around the Southeastern Massachusetts/Cape Cod region - from hot music spots to outdoor concerts to the best community events.

Born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria - Canary Islands - Spain. Studied music in Madrid and Ba Jazz in London ( Middlesex ). Active gigging and recording musician in diverse styles as Funk, Soul, Rock , Jazz.... Coordinator of the modern music department and guitar and harmony teacher in Las Palmas Public Music School. Recently recorded my debut album "Blacky".

Marco Reynaldo

Born: May 20, 1994

Growing up surrounded by music, Marco Reynaldo picked up his first instrument during his early high school years. Starting to learn musical pieces from classical to metal by ear and transcribing some of the masters work. He started to write his first music as classic rock and roll and become a purist for a while. Only to take his path from his Rock Background more toward Jazz. Even so, his roots keep coming back in his inspirational process leading him to fuse the genre as his main approach in songwriting.

Scott Denett

Scott Denett is an artist and jazz guitarist with roots from master musician Pat Martino. Scott began playing guitar at the age of twelve and within six months was already playing professionally. Growing up in the Washington DC area Scott’s first break came from the Blues Alley youth orchestra, that led to a performance with Dizzy Gillespie and opening for Joe Pass and Ella Fitzgerald at the Kennedy Center. Denett gained national recognition from Downbeat Magazine after entering the first annual Musicfest competition and winning best jazz combo. This led to an Article in Downbeat magazine which by coincidence also had an article about Pat Martino. Scott began his studies with Pat Martino at 16 years old, and Pat is by far the dominant influence on his playing

Peter Rubie
