Jacob Wutzke is a Montréal/Toronto based drummer, bandleader, author, composer and music educator. Noted for his exceptional technique, creativity and ability to listen and improvise in the moment, he has become an in-demand sideman in the jazz and creative music scenes and continues to compose and perform music regularly.

A staple of the Canadian music scene, he has performed and recorded with Caity Gyorgy, Allison Au, Nick Maclean Quartet, Ira Coleman, Jocelyn Gould, Pat LaBarbera, Sam Kirmayer, Brownman Ali and more. In 2022, Jacob organized a tribute group to the music of Tony Williams which performed and recorded under the direction of Williams' longtime bass player Ira Coleman

Brian Andres

Born: November 7, 1968

Born in Cincinnati, Ohio into a family of professional musicians it is no surprise that Brian found himself drawn to the origin of all music: Rhythm. His father is a woodwinds specialist and his mother a vocalist and pianist. The house was filled with the sounds of his father’s constant practicing and his mother’s piano and voice students. After nearly being put up for adoption due to his constant banging on inanimate objects, his parents decided to embrace their obstreperous sons undeniable talent by purchasing him a drum set and themselves earplugs. Joe Sturges is a drummer/composer based in Madrid. Merging jazz, hip/hop, classical, and a variety of other influences, he creates a unique and honest sound in his compositions, always aiming to tell a story with his music. Currently living in Madrid (Spain) Joe spends most of his time performing behind the drumkit, or writting new compositions for films, videogames, or any of his new personal projects.

Drummer and composer, Alfred Sergel IV, has shared the stage with Grammy award winning artists and recorded on numerous Billboard charting albums.

The energy and excitement Sergel has brought to audiences worldwide supporting other artists, he now brings to support his own original music which fuses pop melodic undertones within a modern jazz context.

Itamar Shapiro

Born: October, 1995

Itamar Shapiro is a New York based drummer and percussionist.

Born in Israel in 1995 Itamar started playing music when he was 6 years old studying different percussion instruments. When he was 12, he started playing the drum set which became his primary instrument. In high school he attended the music program at Blich high school in Ramat Gan. After graduating high school Itamar studied for three years at the CJS academic program in the Israeli conservatory of Tel Aviv. In 2017 Itamar moved to New York to complete his degree at the New School for jazz and contemporary music’s performance program and graduated with honors in 2019.

Max Plattner

Born: September 18, 1994

Max Plattner, born in Innsbruck in 1994, is a Vienna-based drummer, composer, and producer. He has made a name for himself through his creative versatility and innovative musical work, which is at the interface of jazz, improvised music, new music, and electronic influences.

He received a sound musical education at a young age and has been awarded numerous prizes and scholarships. In 2012, he won the "Young Masters Scholarship" at the Outreach Festival in Schwaz, followed by the "Marianne Mendt Award" in 2013. From 2013 onward, he studied jazz drums at the ABPU in Linz, specializing in media composition and computer music. During his studies, he was taught by renowned drummers such as Herbert Pirker and Jeff Boudreaux and graduated with distinction in 2020.

Filippo Bonaccorso

Born: January 29, 1957

Starting out on piano and drums, Filippo Bonaccorso gradually moved from being self-taught at a young age to attending several prestigious music schools, where he had the opportunity to study with teachers such as Agostino Marangolo, Giuseppe Urso, and Giovanni Renzo for a basic foundation in jazz.

He also attended many clinics (e.g., Giulio Capiozzo, John Scofield) and seminars (Roccella Jonica, Berklee-Perugia, Siena, Nuoro, Avigliana), where he honed his individual drumming technique with Eric Echampard, Ron Savage, Tyshawn Sorey, and Ettore Fioravanti. He also studied new techniques in collaborative improvisation with Claudio Lugo, theory and analysis of harmonic improvisation with Larry Monroe, and atonal composition and improvisation with George Garzone.

PC ENERGETIC is the international trio of award-winning guitarist Philip Czarnecki. It stands for a fat, modern and colourful sound. Modern jazz meets the sound-aesthetics and raw energy of rock and funk. This results in rocky and funky guitar-riffs, energetic improvisations and compositions, which are rich in rhythmic and harmonic complexity on the one hand and narrative and melodic on the other. Furthermore responsible for the powerful, yet multi-layered and versatile sound is bassist Jonathan Ihlenfeld Cuñado and drummer Marc Ayza.
