Àlex Cassanyes Sabater, (Capellades, Barcelona, 1982). Composer, arranger and bandleader with an ambitious and distinctive personality that takes shape in his instrumentation and contemporary vision that gives his works a particular sound and affinity. Àlex Cassanyes has been recognized with international awards on four different occasions. He won the 1st Place award in “European Bigband Composer Competition” in Copenhagen (DK) (2013) for his piece After The Dawn. Moreover, in August 2014, he was also the 1st Prize winner in the "XXVIIth Concorso Internazionale de Composizione per Orchestra Jazz" within the frame of the Barga Jazz Festival (IT) for his work Horizontal Balance

Francesco Geminiani

Tenor Saxophonist and composer Francesco Geminiani comes from beautiful Verona (IT) before moving to Switzerland, NYC and Paris. An endless musical curiosity drives him across styles and melodies, sharing the stage with great human beings across the New and the Old World. Inspired by the masters, he embraces impressionism to connect with the curious listener. Heralded a “masterful pianist” by JAZZIZ Magazine, award-winning Yamaha Performing Artist, bandleader and composer Steven Feifke is one of the most in-demand artists of his generation. A two-time semi-finalist in the Thelonious Monk Jazz Piano Competition, Feifke has been featured on stages around the world alongside premiere artists including Steve Tyrell, Randy Brecker, Chad LB and Veronica Swift, with an impressive performance history at recognized venues like the Blue Note, Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola, Birdland, Times Square and Rockefeller Center. International tours across Europe, Africa and Asia along with an extensive discography of over 30 albums all before turning 30 have established Feifke’s name as a global presence in jazz. Feifke is an internationally recognized arranger and orchestrator, and has written commissioned works for notables like the Manhattan School of Music Jazz Orchestra featuring Sean Jones and John Faddis, the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra with Ken Peplowski, the Malmo Big Band with Katie Thiroux, and the New Generation Festival with Orchestra Senzaspine and Dominick Farinacci

Hanna Inui

Hanna Inui is a Japanese pianist, composer, and improviser. Hanna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA 2020/Jazz Piano) from School of Jazz at The New School. Hanna’s music molds influences from classical, Japanese pop music, and Black American music, and has two distinctive characters; one being the punk, and the other being the healer. Hanna is currently residing in Brooklyn, NY, exploring solo piano performance, composition, electronics, texts, sound art, and movement designs, searching ways music can exist in this society where every (recorded) music is available for (almost) anyone to hear.

Adrianne Duncan

Pianist, singer, composer and songwriter Adrianne Duncan has been making music since the age of six. The daughter of renowned classical guitarist and Clark Atlanta University professor Charles Duncan (author of The Art of Classical Guitar Playing), she honed her classical piano skills through summers spent at Tanglewood and Brevard Music Centers, master classes with such luminaries as Leon Fleisher, Ruth Laredo, Murray Perahia and André Watts, and four years as the pianist for the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra under the baton of Maestro Jere Flint. She attended Northwestern University on a music scholarship and is the winner of numerous piano competitions and scholarships.

"Marco was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From a young age, he was introduced to music by his mother, a singer and a music therapist. Having been exposed to a variety of instruments and genres since his early childhood, by the age of 14 he chose guitar as his main one and decided to become a professional musician. Since then, he started teaching and performing with different groups in the Buenos Aires scene, influenced by his love of Jazz and of Argentinian folk music tradition. In August of 2018, he moved to New York to attend the Jazz Program of the City College of New York, and after a year he transferred to The New School of Jazz and Contemporary Music Music with a scholarship from The New School, and the Latin Grammy Cultural Foundation

Gijs Levelt

Born:

Gijs Levelt is a trumpet player, composer and teacher. In his work he explores the boundaries of world music, improvised music, contemporary composed music and pop music. As a trumpet player, he is best known for his work with the Amsterdam Klezmer Band, with whom he has toured the world since 1997, released 15 albums and entered into various international collaborative projects. He was also founder and co-band leader of several crossover bands and ensembles, including STriCat, the Axyz Ensemble and Spinifex. As a sideman and guest musician he has played with a large number of artists in different genres, from the Willem Breuker Kollektief to Chef's Special, in clubs, theaters and festivals all over the world. Together with composer / flutist Ned McGowan, Gijs led the Karnatic Lab, a concert series, a series of festivals, a record label and a number of ensembles for years

Dave Ihlenfeld

Dave Ihlenfeld grew up in St. Louis, where at age 3 he started picking out bass lines to Motown tunes on the family piano. Lessons followed, to be abandoned in favor of viola, euphonium, and finally the tuba, but a piano opening in his high school jazz band provided the musical outlet he was seeking. Gigs followed, but fame and fortune did not, so he attended DePauw and Indiana Universities, and then worked out of Indianapolis as a music teacher and performing musician. Since 1996 he has resided in Arizona, where he is in demand as a jazz pianist and tuba player. He also writes the odd tune, usually employing an odd time signature
