Ken Stout

Born: April 26, 1962

Ken Stout is a veteran jazz/rock musician, director, educator, and studio musician performing Jazz, Blues, Rock, Classical, Latin, and all musical styles of music for over 43 years.  Ken founded Live Music Center in Vacaville in 1987, promoting,  advocating, and saving music arts education in the local public schools in Northern California until 2005.  Ken has toured, performed on stage and recorded with many legendary Jazz, Motown, and Rock Music artists and groups: The Live Lawrence Welk Show, The Cab Calloway Orchestra, Guy Lombardo Orchestra, Bobby Short Jazz Orchestra, The Four Tops, The Temptations, Mary Wilson and The Supremes, The Platters, The Contours, Jackie King(Willie Nelson guitarist), Pete Christilieb(Saxophonist, Natalie Cole), Mark Little(grammy nominee Pianist), Stan Marks(Trumpet, Stan Kentons Big Band), Mic Gillette(Tower of Power)and many others

Patrick Cornelius

Born: September 4, 1978

After 18 years in New York City, alto saxophonist and composer Patrick Cornelius has cultivated a substantial body of work as a composer and bandleader, and performed his original music in some of the world’s top jazz venues. Hailed as “self-assured" and “resourceful" by The New York Times, “Elegant" and “Extraordinary" by DownBeat Magazine (in whose annual Critics Poll he has been listed among the “Rising Stars" multiple times), and “Bold and Gifted," by All About Jazz, Cornelius’ discography of six albums as a leader (and two as co-leader) features established masters (like Jeff Ballard and Frank Kimbrough) as well as rising stars (including Gerald Clayton, Kendrick Scott, and Miles Okazaki)

Seattle Women's Jazz Orchestra

The Seattle Women's Jazz Orchestra (SWOJO) features many of the finest female jazz artists in the region. Showcasing high intensity jazz, tight harmonies, and lush dynamic sounds, the band performs with a fresh energy stemming from seven years of thrilling audiences on two continents. SWOJO has come a long way in a short time. Since forming in 2000, the band has performed at clubs, jazz festivals, and concert halls in North and South America, released a critically acclaimed CD (Dreamcatcher), and was nominated for an Earshot Golden Ear award in 2006! Pamela MacCarthy

An ex-New Yorker, she lived, toured, and performed in Tokyo, Japan,

for many years.

There she sang in top live houses, hotels, and concert halls.

She performed with top Japanese musicians, recorded 3 CD's ”How About You?” with the Akio Ueda Jazz Quintet, (1997) ”That's Big Band” with Nobuo Hara and the Sharps and Flats Orchestra, (2001) and ”Flower” A guitar-vocal duo with Tomoya Hara. (2014) 

Harry Gozzard

Born: March 5, 1916

Harry Roy Gozzard was an American jazz trumpeter. He performed with Sam Donahue. (In an article written by Mike Zirpolo, for Swing and Beyond, Donahue was described as "a superlative tenor saxophone soloist.") Other members of Donahue's band included the former The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson bandleader Doc Severinsen, 1946 Esquire Award winner for Best New Female Vocalist Frances Wayne, Grammy Award-winning vocalist and actress Jo Stafford and popular music arranger Leo Reisman. Gozzard and the Donahue band performed a few times with legendary piano-playing bandleader Count Basie. Basie was featured on four Donahue Okeh recordings made in New York on December 26, 1940.

Matt Vashlishan

Born: September 14, 1982

Matt Vashlishan is a saxophonist and multi-woodwind instrumentalist from northeast Pennsylvania, USA. He holds a DMA from the University of Miami, MM from William Paterson University and a BM from the Eastman School of Music, all in saxophone performance. Matt is the Jazz Program Coordinator and Curator of the Al Cohn Memorial Jazz Collection at East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania, the Jazz Ensemble Director at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, and Instructor of Jazz Saxophone at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.

Matt directs the Water Gap Jazz Orchestra (previously the Phil Woods COTA Festival Orchestra) in Delaware Water Gap, PA, which is a professional large jazz ensemble comprised of local and international professionals, and  performs with many other groups and projects in the Tri-State area. In December of 2021, he directed the WDR Big Band in Cologne, Germany performing "A Phil Woods Legacy."

Eunmi Lee

Eunmi Lee is a Korean-born, New York-based jazz pianist, composer, and educator celebrated for her fearless approach to blending her cultural heritage with contemporary jazz. Her musical journey began in Seoul, where she earned an associate degree from the Seoul Institute of Arts and worked extensively in theater, bandstand, and media music. In 2016, she expanded her artistic scope by moving to the Netherlands to study jazz piano on a Holland National Excellence scholarship, completing her Bachelor of Music degree a year ahead of schedule in 2019.

Yver Sorród is a bilingual Performer (Fluent in Spanish and English and with a basic level of French, Italian and Portuguese) with a Degree in Theater from the UCV (Central University of Venezuela), originally from Venezuela, born into a family of artists, who debuted in the Show Business at the early age of 8 and with more than 30 years of experience, more than a half of them in Mexico, where he resided from October of 2000 to March 2019 and currently based in Albany, Louisiana (New Orleans area) established as a permanent resident of the United States of America. He has worked in a countless number of Theater plays, Music shows, Contemporary Dance shows and a bit in the Film and TV Industry.

Sébastien Parent is a Montreal-based composer, producer, and drummer. He specializes in eclectic big band songwriting, specifically personal melodic ideas arranged with precision and improvisational showcasing. His first album as a leader, ''Projet Seb Parent'', was released on June 2nd, 2023.
