Patrick Pfeiffer

Patrick Pfeiffer is a professional bassist, composer, clinician, author and bass educator in New York City. His solo CD Fruits and Nuts earned stellar reviews and a recommendation from Bass Player Magazine as well as from Jazz Improv Magazine. Besides performing and recording, Pfeiffer teaches bass guitar in New York City and gives clinics on rhythm section playing for bassists and drummers throughout the US. He is co-founder of Bass Immersion Day and often conducts clinics alongside such luminaries as Will Lee, John Patitucci, Gerald Veasley, Michael Manring, Bakithi Kumalo, Adam Nitti and many more.

Philip Booth

Born: September 5, 1961

Philip Booth, a Florida native, plays upright bass, and fretted and fretless bass guitars, in a variety of bands drawing from jazz, blues, funk, fusion, and New Orleans grooves. In addition to Acme Jazz Garage, he plays with Swan City Jazz Project, Zensemble, Trio Vibe, the Blue Guava Orchestra, the Juke Joint Kings, and various trios and quartets under his own name, and occasionally subs with the Tomcats Jazz Orchestra and other groups. He formerly led or co-led bands including Greenwich Blue, Ghetto Love Sugar, and spoken word ensemble The Irritable Tribe of Poets. Philip's bands have played major events including the Gasparilla Music Festival (twice), the Clearwater Jazz Holiday, the WMNF Tropical Heatwave, the Child of the Sun Jazz Festival, and a variety of venues in the Tampa Bay area and Central Florida. Philip has also played one-off gigs with several notable artists, including guitarist Larry Coryell, B3 organ master & guitarist Lucky Peterson, and pioneering rock 'n' roller Bo Diddley. Philip has produced and/or played on several recordings, including releases by Acme Jazz Garage Ghetto Love Sugar, Greenwich Blue, and the Irritable Tribe of Poets

Jose Fallot

Born to music within the wood fragrances of the famous Théâtre de la Gaîté Lyrique in Paris where his grand parents were both musicians and officers, José Fallot very early walked on stage like you walk on the moon. These dreams of a child started to become true when, after taking guitar in the early seventies, he put together a rock band dedicated to both the Beatles and the Stones, showing there a strong abilitiy to historical compromise. His first shy compositions came to life soon after, while he turned to bass because of the furious concurrency among the more than many six strings players in the Paris area at that time. Wishing to understand more about some walking bass licks of Paul McCartney, José moved to jazz and studied with the organ player Yvon Gardette with whom he toured France, Switzerland, Germany and Belgium in the summer of 1975. After attending a Tania Maria concert, Fallot made the decision to stick to jazz and face the years of learning, struggle and low fees that go with it

David Carlsson – Electric Bassist/Music Producer/Engineer: David Carlsson was born in Lund, Sweden in 1969. He began playing the electric bass at age 12, and quickly got recognized as a great talent. After finishing upper secondary school he entered the 2 year Music High School at Skurups Folkhögskola studying jazz. He has since worked in the music industry both as a musician and as a studio owner and has worked on over 200 productions featuring artists ranging from Jason Marsalis, Marcus Strickland, Bobo Stenson and Nils Landgren to The Cardigans, OK Go, Martha Wainwright, Lloyd Cole and Japanese mega star Bonnie Pink

Alejandro Trevino

Born: May 11, 1992

Alex is an electric bass player from Fort Dodge, Iowa. He finished Berklee College of Music with a degree in performance, and in his time in Boston was a part of many recordings and live shows. The energy he plays with has allowed him to thrive in many different musical settings, from pop-punk to modern jazz and everything in between. His leadership skills have also put him in the producer role of several of his projects. He is now based in Nashville, Tennessee where he will continue to play bass and produce records.

He is one of the best slovenian bass player started playing bass at young age. He graduated at the Conservatory in Klagenfurt by prof. Uli Langhtaler. He visited City college in NY City, USA. He was also taking lessons from Denis Irwin and Matthew Garrison. Later on he also took lessons from Guru Pandit Suresh Talwalkar in Pune, India. His first album named Life is good was released in 2015 by publishing house Artomatik.
