Originally from Montreal, Rick Rosato moved to New York City in 2007 to study at The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music. He quickly became one of the most in-demand jazz bassists and has been maintaining an international performance schedule since. In 2010, he led a three-month-long artist series at the Upstairs Jazz Club in Montreal, where he formed several different groups featuring some of today’s most influential voices in jazz, including the co-led trio “Stranahan/Zaleski/Rosato”. In the summer of 2014, Rick competed for the TD Jazz Awards at the Montreal International Jazz Festival with his own trio and won the Galaxie Jazz Award for best composition

Rob Paterson is a freelance electric and double bass player working and living in London, UK. Since studying jazz at MDX university with Chris Batchelor and Nikki Iles, Rob has gone on to perform with many great musicians both in the UK and in numerous European tours. Ed Harrison is one of the north west's most accomplished and respected jazz bassists. He studied music at Manchester University, giving him the classical training behind his brilliant improvisation. Ed has lived in London and Prague, making his mark on the jazz scene in both these cities. He is now based between Manchester and Liverpool, travelling all round the region to play jazz. He also heads Aquarius Jazz ( www.aquariusjazz.co.uk ) which provides entertainment for weddings and corporate events.

Jazz bassist and composer Doug Ebert's musical aspiration began at age four when he attended Mercyhurst Center for the Arts in Erie, PA. Over the course of his childhood he studied guitar, baritone horn and piano. As an undergraduate at Marquette University he started playing the bass violin and studying jazz theory at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music. For over ten years, Ebert was a fixture in Milwaukee's jazz community, appearing regularly at clubs such as the Jazz Estate and larger venues such as Summerfest and Jazz In The Park. In June of 2007, Ebert released his first album "Times Change" which features his compositions played by several of his Milwaukee bandmates

Craig Scott has been one of Australia's leading bassists for over 25 years. He began his career in Jazz in 1979 with the Keith Stirling Quartet. Since that time he has been a member of many other jazz groups led by such well-known jazz identities as: Don Burrows, James Morrison, Julian Lee, Kerrie Biddell, Paul MacNamara, Steve McKenna, Steve Brien, Judy Bailey, Roger Frampton, Gordon Brisker, Cathy Harley, Trevor Griffin, Serge Ermoll, Jim Pennell, and many others. He led his own quintet "Improviso" through the 1990’s. It featured Graeme Lyall and Warwick Alder and the band performed at many of Australia’s major jazz festivals including Manly, York, Bellingen, Melbourne International, and Wangaratta

Ken is a hard hitting bassist and an evocative composer. Born and raised in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Ken’s musical career came to life when he moved to Toronto and started studying at York University, where he completed his BFA in 2007 and his MA in 2010. During that time Ken studied privately with Artie Roth, Roy Patterson, David Mott, Larry Grenadier and Andrew Downing. In 2008 released his debut album, “The Master Plan” which was followed by an Eastern Canada tour in 2009. In February of 2011 Ken released release his second CD as a leader, entitled “Pay What You Can” which has reached critical acclaim and lead to an Ontario tour
