Caterina Palazzi
ENGLISH BIO [Italian bio below] Caterina Palazzi (1982) is an Italian double bass player. Caterina Palazzi was born in Rome and she become known on the punk/rock scene as a guitar player of the Barbie Killers band. From 2000 she comes closer to jazz, while attending the DAMS University (Arts, Music and Show). From 2002 she attends the professional course at Saint Louis College of Music of Rome. She is the leader and composer of the jazz/noise band Sudoku Killer, which features a live concert activity of over 600 concerts all over Europe, and which recorded Sudoku Killer (ZdM 2010), Infanticide (Auand Records 2015) and Asperger (Clean Feed 2018). For the 2010 Italian prestigious press poll JAZZIT AWARD Caterina Palazzi was awarded as best Italian composer, her album Sudoku Killer was awarded as second best Italian CD and her group ranked as 4th best Italian band

Pere Bujosa

Mallorcan multi-instrumentalist Pere Bujosa, alongside his trio, has carved out a remarkable path, establishing himself as one of the most exciting emerging voices in contemporary jazz. With over 40 performances under his belt across the Balearic Islands, the Iberian Peninsula, and international stages, Bujosa brings not only technical prowess and virtuosity but also a deep capacity for innovation, which sets him apart as a composer and creative project leader.
Since completing his studies in Amsterdam, he has released four critically acclaimed albums, masterfully blending influences from Balearic folklore with modern jazz and electronic music elements. In his upcoming work, set to be released in 2024, Bujosa reinterprets the legacy of composers connected to the Balearic Islands, such as Chopin and Jaume Mas Porcel, bridging tradition with cutting-edge sounds.

Donna Khalife
Donna Khalifé is a singer, double bass player, composer, arranger born in Lebanon.
She starts her first piano lessons at an early age. In 2003, she moves to Paris to continue her music studies: piano, orchestration, harmony … Her conducting classes and her jazz and improvisation classes contribute a lot in shaping her musical sensibilities. Through the years, she improves her singing, composing, arranging and improvisation, as well as her piano and double bass playing.
Her eclecticism leads her to take part in different projects, in Lebanon and abroad both as leader and side woman as she multiplies also her collaborations with other art forms like theatre, dance, cinema.
