After taking drum lessons and music theory, at my well-regarded drum school and music conservatory, and growing up during the Golden Age of Hip-Hop, and Neo Soul, I have a unique funky Hard Bop swing, a natural feel for Soul, and solid Hip-Hop breakbeat chops.

I am always in the studio with a solid rhythm section, and great brass instrumentalists, providing live instrumentation for soulful vocalists, and talented spoken-word poets, that prefer the feel of a live band, often performing in the great studios of New York City.
