I love hitting the studio with talented musicians and bandleaders, and swinging hard to plenty original Hard Bop Jazz, my absolute favorite Jazz sub-genre, in the great studios of Westchester County and New York City.

I keep my skills sharp, devoutly staying familiar with Jazz standards, as well as my "real" Hip-Hop breakbeat chops of the 80's & 90's, that I slickly incorporate into my Hard Bop swing, giving my drum sound a unique flair.

Playing original Hard Bop is my priority, but I cannot ignore the music I also love, so when I am free, besides my Hard Bop set lists, I make time for talented M.C.'s, with a solid knocking rhythm section.
