Today's show blends Jazz-rock-prog, and fusion, kicking off with funky jazz from Hungarian bassist Giret Gabor. We then dive into Norwegian prog with Andre Drage and Soft Ffog, followed by Japanese acts Nankai Trio and T Square. Australia's Coast brings modern jazz, whilst Poland's Haasta delivers instrumental rock, and Cory Wong adds some signature funk grooves. We rewind to the '90s with fusion greats: saxophonist Brandon Fields, guitarist Carl Filipiak with Dennis Chambers and drummer Dave Weckl. Rounding things out are British drummer Simon Phillips, bassist John Patitucci and bebop rocker Mike Stern.Playlist
