Fernando Huergo: Suite en celeste y bianco
Il lavoro, cameristico a tinte folkloriche, ha un grande equilibrio e affianca momenti evocativi a sprazzi fortemente drammatici. Pianoforte e basso elettrico costruiscono le trame narrative - e talvolta ne sono loro stessi interpreti, come fa Huergo in "Salzano" - mentre i due fiati vi si inseriscono per rappresentarvi la drammaturgia.
E se le tinte più forti sono affidate al soprano come al solito nervoso ed espressivo di Girotto, la parte del leone la fa l'unica voce non argentina, cioè il flauto della russa Yulia Musayelyan, sensibile ed efficace, davvero elemento fondamentale per l'equilibrio di questo lavoro.
In bilico tra più stili, Suite en cenelste y blanco è un disco di un certo interesse, personale, che si ascolta con indubbio piacere.
