Submitting Your Year End / Best Of Article

Remember all the fun you had creating your Best Albums of the Year articles from our HTML templates? We don't either.

Like much of what happens at AAJ, we take a tedious manual task and automate it, and that is exactly what we did with the assembling of your annual Best Of article.

Year End Consideration Checkbox

All that was required of you was to click the "Year End Consideration" box on the album review submission form. Example...

If you have not done this through the course of the year, all is not lost and we explain how to check the box on previously published reviews in the comments section below.

If you have been diligent about checking the box, then you are all set to experience the magic!

Create your article automagically

Just go to your Contributor Start Page, select the style from the dropdown list box then click the CREATE YEAR END ARTICLE button and voilà, instant article! And like your other articles, AAJ will email you a confirmation message.

The editors are instructed to give you 24 hours to make adjustments. You'll want to add a brief introduction and you are free to change the sequence of the list and tweak the title. If you chose the capsule review style, you'll want to add your reviews too.
