Play This!

Play This! is a column for anyone in our community who is excited about sharing their prized musical discoveries (past or present) with our readers. If you love a particular album or a song that exudes "zazz" and want others to share in the joy, Play This! is for you.

Keep your introduction text punchy; 200 words max. The goal is to encourage the reader to click the play button, so be convincing.

We do not include lead photos (or pull quotes) with Play This! articles as it pushes the player's play button down the page and reduces the chances the reader will click it. And unlike most article types, we embed the player code (YouTube video, Spotify playlist, etc.) in the article text box, placing it directly below introduction.
